One star because I have to choose something. What’s the point of paying such a high price for service when they decide, by looking at the satellite, they can’t deliver to your home due to trees and lines. These people are very rude and Charge you fees when you do not even hear from them to set up a delivery date that I had no idea i even needed. My delivery date on homedepot says july 9th so therefore I just assumed it would be delivered July 9th. Very unprofessional
