“We hosted our wedding reception this past June at the Relix and it was everything we wanted + more! Gabby, the Event Coordinator, is absolutely amazing at what she does and was a dream to work with. She met with us many times before our special day and was essential to bringing our vision to life. She connected me with an incredible DJ, Patrick with Party Boy DJs and put together the best team to serve our event with passed appetizers and at the bar. If you get the chance to work with Gabby, you will be SO GRATEFUL! She is amazing at what she does. As for the venue itself, it was PERFECT! They had tables & chairs included in the package and helped us create a layout that was perfect for our event. The string lights and lighting were such a fun part of our night and it made the dance floor so much fun. I would host so many events here if I needed to, it truly was the best experience working with their team and hosting at their venue.”
“We just had Bridgewater Catering and their staff for our wedding on August 9th and we cannot express how much they made our day so special and seamless! Their dedicated staff were experienced bartenders that kept the guests coming, staff helped with setup/ cleanup, and our guests were raving about their meal! We had the chef’s cheeses/meats and spanakopita for our cocktail hour, as well as the chicken or shrimp stir fry for dinner. Our guests were so happy to have something a little different and all said the food was hot and fresh for having to be delivered 40 minutes away! We would highly recommend Bridgewater for any event! “Exception experience for our company holiday party! We recently hosted our holiday party at On Broadway, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, the entire team exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Lindsey, our sales specialist, for being incredibly attentive and flexible throughout the planning process. From the very first email she was quick to respond and helped us design a fantastic event the perfectly matched our vision. Andrew, our event lead, was exceptional on the day of the event. His attention to detail and proactive approach made everything run seamlessly. He went above and beyond for us - nothing slipped through the cracks, and he was constantly checking in the ensure we had everything we needed. The venue itself is incredible, beautifully decorating for the holidays, creating a festive atmosphere that all the guests loved. The space really was perfect for our group and the casino vendor we used. Maddie and Katie, the bartenders, were friendly, efficient and provided great service to all the guests. The drinks were delicious, and the entire staff made everyone feel welcome. As for the food - WOW. Every dish was great, and the dessert was out of this world. Do yourself a favor and be sure to get the VOL Bites and the Irish Cream Mouse!! Overall, the level of service and attention to detail provided by everyone at On Broadway truly made our holiday party one to remember. I highly recommend the Bridgewater team to anyone looking to host an event in the Knoxville area. They truly go above and beyond to make a wonderful experience!”
“We recently used The Brookside for East Tennessee Community Design Center's (ETCDC) Annual Membership Meeting and had a great experience. The space is beautiful, well cared for, and worked perfectly for our event, which included food and drinks. The team at Happy Holler Events was super accommodating and easy to work with, which made everything stress free for us. We really appreciated their flexibility and support and would absolutely use Brookside again for future events. Everyone at ETCDC highly recommends it!”
“Our family hosted a pre-wedding welcome party for 60 guests at the Square Room, and it was fabulous. Planning and organizing with Demi was easy, and he created a space that was comfortable and a menu that was delicious. His team is organized and prompt to respond, and the on-site staff on the night of the party were professional and helpful. I loved that our guests got to see Market Square, and I also loved that the venue was tucked away enough to feel cozy and private. Also the stage is just perfect for a band. I wish we could do it all over again!”
“Nice facility and fine service. Ample parking. The meats (especially the prime rib) were excellent as were the mashed potatoes. Most everything else foodwise was rather mediocre, including dessert. A solid 4 to 5 overall.”

“Been a decent venue for knoxville events for years. Mostly enjoy the flea market and gun shows here,however I feel that the gun shows in recent years have become a bit stagnant and undiversified as it's always the same people with the same over priced items that don't sell,and trading or selling at the show as an attendee has become a crap shoot no matter what you bring in. They have also allowed more and more non gun show related booths to pop up,the only one I really accept is the one with the really good pickles or surplus apparel lol.”
“In October of 2025, My daughter and I got off the highway due to an accident. She was experiencing trouble with her laptop and had an essay due and it was crunch time. We pulled into this location and walked in and met Josh Heidel. He was fantastic, helpful, polite, quick, you name it-he was it!! She needed 12 pgs. printed and it was late at night with nothing opened. He got us hooked up right away and papers printed and she was good to go. He didn't have to do this nor was this part of his job but he came through for her and we are forever grateful for going the extra mile. Josh, I hope you know you made our nerves at ease knowing you jumped in to help right away. Thank you Josh!!”

Not high-end luxury but just nice. Service at the desk has been great, but the bar tender could be a little nicer. Morning breakfast however you want it.”

“I had the pleasure of staying at this Marriott for a financial conference. At the onset, the first front desk person was disappointing but then came Natasha! Natasha was so lovely, exuded perfect customer service and was overall friendly and helpful that I stopped by upon checking out to tell her how appreciated she was. She is knowledgeable about the area and resolved the issue with the mysterious sound in the shower that kept me from sleeping that first day. This hotel is away from the loud traffic and emergency vehicles on the main street but very convenient to everything! My time in Knoxville was blessed, with Natasha being the icing on the cake. Thank you Marriott and thank you Natasha!!”
