I accomplished several things at this store. John and Justin were exceptional! They helped me make changes to my sister's account and helped me purchase new phones. I highly recommend this storel!

Very poor customer service received. My elderly, sick family member needed to use the restroom. He asked three separate employees to let him in the bathroom. They said usually it’s just for employees but he could use it, and they needed to unlock it. No one prioritized his needs and unlocked the door to the toilet. It should be intuitive to care for vulnerable people and their basic needs. I came in to make a purchase and came out with nothing. This Verizon store will not receive any more of my money. Either tell him to go elsewhere or let him use the bathroom. It’s super simple and straightforward. So incredibly disappointed.

Tyler did a fabulous job today assisting me with purchase and set up of a new phone. Very kind and knowledgeable sales person! He answered all of my questions and left nothing unfinished. Much appreciated!

WORST cellular experience ever! Don't go here. I went here intending to switch from another provider, get the credit for switching services and the discounted phone they advertised when I traded in my old phone. I was VERY, VERY clear that I only needed the basic plan as I don't game, watch movies or use hotspot from my phone. I was given a premium plan with storage and hotspot and am paying an arm and a leg for a service I said I didn't want. The net, net of it is that 5 months, 3 phone calls and one visit to the store later with them saying it would be corrected, I still see no credit on my bill and I'm still being overcharged for the service and phone. Nothing here but empty promises to correct it. Even worse yet is that the service is no better than my previous carrier except that I'm paying about 125% more! Never again will I use Verizon.

Went into this Verizon a month ago to start my own phone plan and take advantage of the deal they were having and was told I would qualify for the free iPhone 15 only if I came back in a month. Came back a month later, talked to the same employee, and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and my only option was to add an extra $70/month for a new phone (funny right??). On top of this, during my first visit they signed me up for all the extras like Disney, Walmart+ etc. without my consent costing me an extra $35 on my bill for December even though I caught it and cancelled right away. I specifically told Jacob I did not want these extras and they signed me up anyway. They’re just a bunch of scammers, specifically Jacob (they/them). Based on other reviews, this employee has a past of doing similar things. It is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this location.

I went in to upgrade three devices, which you would think is a good thing. However, we weren’t switching to Android or “improving” our plan. So, the representative informed us that they work on commission and wouldn’t earn from this sale. They then told us to go home and purchase it online and not in-store. It felt odd after waiting in line, only for them to basically deny the sale because we weren't upgrading the way they wanted us to.

Dustin has a terrible persona. My mother and wife went to get my wife a new phone last week based on a promotion that was running. Dustin promised my wife’s phone number would transfer fine and that he would take care of everything. This was never completed and it took over a week for her phone to be activated and number transfer. This all after numerous days and hours wasted on the phone with corporate and various stores to cleanup Dustin’s mess. We have been Verizon customers for quite literally over 25 years. We have been loyal and appreciated good service from this company. Verizon can do much better than this and at the very least he needs to be trained to do his job properly. Hopefully moving forward we have no more issues like this ever or we too will be exploring new service providers.

Had lost my phone and was able to walk in and quickly get a new phone and was all set up for me to continue with my day. They were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Last month I went in to Verizon on Turkey Creek and a sales rep with the pronounce (he/they/ them) I think his name is Michael? Any who... he lied lied lied! Said there was a plan that if I added 1 more line it would qualify for a $25 savings. Well NO IT DID NOT! I called and canceled that line since it wasn't attached to anything.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND DEFINITELY BEWARE of he/they them etc..

We came into the Verizon store at Parkside to get a new iPhone upgrade, we were greeted by a man that began with “Hi I’m Jacob, I use they/them pronouns”, which is unprofessional to begin with. He then proceeded to tell us we can’t get a new iPhone unless we are fully backed up to iCloud and that there wasn’t anything he could do to help us. There was no way for him to transfer the data. So we visited another store and within 20 minutes had a brand new iPhone14 pro that was fully transferred without being backed up to iCloud. Maybe some additional training for the Parkside store staff.

Would leave ZERO stars if possible, showed up today to the Verizon store about 6:40 to add a line to my business account. Employees ignored me for quite sometime, no one else in the store at the time, finally someone approached me I’m assuming to help me. NOPE, they approached me to tell me they close in 6 or 8 minutes whatever it was and that I’d have to come back at a later time. In other words, we’re closing in 6 or 8 minutes and we’re not going to help you, sorry about your luck. Had someone done their job and acknowledged me when I arrived I would have already been out the door or close to being finished up, it was a simple transaction and I knew exactly what I wanted. I was unaware that stores were open (lights on, fully staffed, and unlocked) but closed (not selling product) during business hours, seems like a new woke concept. Coming from a current AT&T customer for my home internet and personal phones and having 8 devices on Verizon I believe I may just move everything to AT&T after this pathetic customer service. I find it strange this Verizon store closes at 7 and was empty, the AT&T store across the street stays open until 9 and was packed to the gills. The AT&T store has always been overly helpful anytime I needed anything unlike this pitiful excuse for a Verizon store.

I had an awesome experience at this store but I was a little concerned about the $29 setup&go fee that was being applied to my bill I wasn’t aware or told about it until I looked at my receipt but other then that it was a wonderful experience and I want to say thank you to Evan for helping me with my new phone
