“Foster's Fine Jewelry is a great family owned business that's been in Knoxville as long as I can remember. Pam is carrying on the legacy of her parents by her vast knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, watches, and diamonds. She looks at every piece with a critical eye, something some may not appreciate, but I'd rather hear the truth about anything, especially the jewelry I own, or may want to purchase, than a sales pitch trying to make a sales quota. Repairs are done by a skillful jeweler that she has used for years. There are flashier stores nearby, but I always prefer to do business with a local, established, and family owned business rather than a chain or franchise. I know Pam as an honest woman, with the highest integrity, and a great sense of style and taste. You never know who you are going to run into there from celebrities to the excited newly engaged, and the atmosphere is always friendly and exciting. Keep up the good work, and I hope there is a daughter, grandaughter, or other family member that will take up the family tradition. My grandmother owned a chain of restaurants in Knoxville from the 1940's -1970's. I wish one of her grandchildren, especially myself, would have had the good sense to build on the great foundation she worked so hard to establish in Knoxville. Pardon the pun, but I could have been a chain.”

“I bought a green crystal bracelet for my wife and a pink crystal bracelet for my daughter at the North Bergen Mall in Jersey when we went to see wicked on Broadway. The green bracelet came off my wife’s wrist three times, once on the subway, and when I returned back to East Tennessee, the manager at this location was extremely helpful and replaced the bracelet because of a defect. Excellent customer service and a cheerful attitude,”
