If you can get services else where do it! I have twice now made arrangements with them in chat and over the phone and then they still interrupt my service. They told me on the phone today, “even if they agree over the phone or in chat they don’t have to honor it! We have the control of your account and you have no power!”

So I have had Xfinety for 4 years now. Every July they raise my bill from 65 to around 100 bucks. Telling me I have to get another promotion. This year it was the highest bill yet I have seen in 4 years. I called in months ago and asked them to cancel my service. I have tried multiple times to return. But the store location is always packed and they put you at the back of the line if you are returning. So if I 10 customers come in behind you with some other service they are getting seen first. This is insane. I cannot return the router. I spoke to xfienty a few days ago. Asked why I am still getting bill. No records on me canceling service. KUB has awesome service. They lock you in at the same price.

Watch out for comcast. They will scam you. Say you have an account with them try to place charges on your account that you don’t have then continue to ask for payment until they get debt collectors involved. DO NOT USE COMCAST.

Xfinity is horrible. If you have any other option, you should go with a different provider.
The customer service is horrible, and their equipment breaks frequently.

I am a student going to UTK, and I don’t exactly have time to waste. First, you tell me that the technician who is going to set up my WiFi will be here as soon as tomorrow between the convenient hours between 1-3, and then I receive a message saying that never mind, they won’t be there until the next Monday when classes start. That was just the tip of the iceberg. Next thing I know, I’m rescheduling the appointment for the only day of the week I’ll have time to be there for it (the middle of the week when I ought to be studying and doing assignments) because getting on the waitlist 3 times did nothing. Afterwards, the WiFi immediately stops working after the technician leaves. I really needed it to work so I could do my assignments. I have been going to the library at school for the past week since they lied to me about the original time they gave me. Now, I have thrown away an entire afternoon, which I could have spent at the library, for nothing, so I’m currently a day behind getting assignments done. ISN’T TECHNOLOGY CONVENIENT?!?!?!

After a bad experience with their automated service, I went in to the Knoxville Store to speak to an actual person. Trey H. Took care of my problem in minutes!!!! He's courteous, respectful, understanding, and because of him that I'm still an Xfinity customer. Give this man a raise, promotion, something... Xfinity, you need more Sales Consultants like Trey!!! Thank you, Trey!

Worse company to get services from. I am totally getting out of any service Comcast offers. Not worth the headache dealing with their poor customer service. What a joke they are trying to get mobile service and all they are is a Verizon reseller.

The customer service we experienced with Sherman was ridiculous. He was extremely rude, we had to cancel our services on the spot. Do not work with Xfinity
