These people charge 200 bucks for slow internet. I switched to AT&T fiber and am getting 1000 mbps for $60 bucks/mo. Much better than 500 mbps for $200. That said, the time spent waiting for my receipt for returning equipment was quite happy, even if reasonably too long. Maybe that was because they use their own internet...

Very professional and helpful. Always. Fairly easy to get services addressed and equipment swapped out. They have a very smooth process so that your wait time is minimal.
