“I honestly wasn't aware. Yet I was made aware of the facility having a great reputation including rates. John, The Front end and back end teams were and are amazing. For Truck Rental and Storage. I must add Elizabeth ( newly on board in College Park) was Excellent regarding Customer Service. For her having yet to be fully trained, her communication and people skills were and are impeccable. On point along with Cheyanne and one other woman who was part of clearing up a pre existing issue that I was shocked at the expedited and care of service handled in such a timely manner. It was refreshing to deal with quality minded individuals. Thank You all so kindly for the service and amazing communication and grace. Sincerely, Charlie S.”

Ryder Truck Rental
486 Waldron Rd, La Vergne TN 37086
“Truly cannot brag on this service stop enough. I’ve been dealing with commercial trucks for years, and as someone who owns multiple units and knows repairs from the ground up, I can say this location has absolutely earned my business, and the business of anyone I can send their way. From the front desk to the shop, everyone was professional, straightforward, and kept their word on timelines. When issues came up, they were quick, savvy, and communicated clearly every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. In an industry where it’s hard to find genuinely good people, this team stands out. I won’t be taking my trucks anywhere else. If you need truck service, maintenance, or repairs, I highly recommend this location.”
