I had an order of live animals die at this location because they failed to call me, update the tracking info, or even answer the phone.

Been trying to send packages the past 2 days after a holiday weekend and they close early when they want to and don’t communicate! No sign! This has increased in the last few months, I’m coming around 3pm. This location is needed. Most people don’t get off work till 5pm.
