Really bad customer service. Front desk lady even cursed. And didn’t even help me she had an attitude when I told her my problem with my package not being delivered.

Been there twice today. First time 2:30 no one there 10 people waiting. 2nd time 3:30; 12 people in line; 1 person working. Horrible horrible post office

They don’t answer the phone!! I saw quite a few reviews on here & they say it’s an old number & they don’t give out the new one!?!? How is this acceptable!?!? I live in Georgia & somehow one of my packages ended up on the wrong truck & ended up at this train wreck of a post office. They looked at my address that clearly says Georgia, & still delivered it to some random person there in La Vergne Tennessee! I opened up an investigation but I don’t feel like much is even going to happen. I’m so baffled by the amount of bad reviews for this post office…& it’s still functioning?? No staff has been replaced?? No one is investigating this office?? This is absolute madness. Do better USPS!!

I’ve been going to this post office for five years. I absolutely love this post office over any other post office. They do not have a prepaid kiosk but they do let you drop off packages to the side and not have to wait in line if it’s prepaid labels. I really love the staff here. If you treat them well, they treat you well.

Every time I place an Amazon order and it is processed with this USPS locationn, (La Vergne, TN.) I NEVER receive my packages. This is the third time in two weeks where my Amazon package is lost or never delivered because it gets lost or stolen from this USPS location!

Do not use this location. I've dealt with rude employees at this location before. Today I learned they closed my P.O. box 36 days before the paid period ended and without my instruction to do so. I can't get the mail that was in the box (returned after box closed), I can't get back that address, and the box clerk who can explain why it was closed won't be back until next week. I can go spend a day next week waiting for that person to become available, but I can't make an appointment or get any guarantee of their availability. Do not use this location.

I live 2 hours from this post office. When my packages arrive at the this postal service they send my package to California. It gets shipped backed to them 6 days later and now its delayed in trasit. Literally the worst.

I feel bad for the people that have to deal with this post office. I had a package with a totally different zip code than theirs and somehow ended up there, not only ended up there but was delivered to who knows who, because they don't even have a street with the same name as the one that was supposed to be delivered. Different zip code, different city, different street name, different number, everything different, how in the world they delivered and to who, not to be mean, but does the person delivering these packages know how to read? To make the matters even worse, you would think there is hope of getting the package back, but they never ever answer their phone, so will have to to submit to get reimbursed by usps. I understand that accidents happen, but when you see all the other reviews it looks like this is very common in that location and people never recover their packages.

the sign said on the front door, they were closed for lunch until 1:15, by 1:30 the doors were still locked and they refused to answer the phone. absolutely unprofessional. if they can’t do what they need within the hour, consider changing the signage on the door because there were multiple elderly people standing for an uncertain amount of time. just ridiculous.

They need a second person to work the front that only takes packages and letters. These lines get so long from everyone asking questions and looking for lost mail.
