“We have a Reliance Water heater that needs new upper and lower heating elements. The parts are under warranty and we were given an authorization code by Reliance to cover the parts if we picked them up at an ACE hardware. I called Ace in Lafayette, TN and Tori, the Inventory Manager was not aware of this program. He did; however, take the time to learn about the program and verified that we could get our parts and that he would have them ready for us to pick up. We appreciate that he took the time to make this work. This was a level of customer service that is lacking in so many places these days. Thank you Tori!”

“Highly recommended, A+++ in every aspect of this clean, well organized store. Family owned and operated, the staff were very friendly and helpful here, knowledgeable about each and every item they carry at their location. A huge selection and variety of household upkeep and everyday-use merchandise, as well as an extremely impressive array of Case Brand pocket knives, merchandise and accessories. Keep up the wonderful work, guys!”
