Forgot to give us a $400 credit. They refused to give it to us even though they have all the proof and paperwork saying they owe us the $400 from the promotion. So now they want us to pay $400. Do not do business here.

I do not like Verizon. There corporate strategy is to make everybody miserable unless they have a Verizon contract. Even pay as you go by Verizon, I was told by an employee that we get last preference on the towers which is why my service isn't what it should be on my phone. I will not pay the retarded prices that you have to pay to have an iPhone and a 3-year contract. Forget it.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Verizon location and the employees that work there. We were helped instantly when we got there. We aren’t very smart when it comes to phones and our service, but they explained every thing to us so that we could understand. Krista was the main employee who helped us and she was great! Very friendly and easy to talk to. I can’t remember the managers name but he was also helpful.I also hate it when mobile providers pressure me to buy this and that, but I didn’t get that here and I appreciate it a ton. Helped with what we asked for and needed and didn’t push anything on us. Thank you! We will be coming back!

Worst customer service ever. 3 employees in the store and only one of them working. None of them acknowledged that I was even there. Waited about 15 minutes then left.

Finally getting around to writing a review. A few months back my husband went in store at this Lafayette location to order an iPhone 12. His old phone was not charging and he owns a business and needs a working phone for his job. A girl with long black hair assisted him and told him it has been ordered and should be in within a couple of weeks and he would get a text to notify him when it arrived. Weeks go by and no text so we call and you cannot speak to this store directly even if you call the number given. We got ahold of someone and they had to speak to the Lafayette location for us (so frustrating to go back and forth) then they said it had been ordered and it was on its way. Waited over a MONTH and it still was not in. Call again to speak to some operator who did not transfer me to the Lafayette location even after I asked, she spoke to them directly and said the phone should be on its way. Never came. Called a THIRD time just to be told it had never been ordered. How could there have been so much confusion that they could not see if the phone had been ordered or not. Do better and allow customers to speak to the direct location themselves instead of having to talk to someone in a different state that has no clue what is going on at your location.

posted a review and came back to see if they answered it by chance and of course they deleted it . Stay far far away from this place. They have no idea what they are doing and they will have your phone bill so screwed up even verizon customer service dont understand it. Verizon refunded me around 800 dollars off my bill because these guys charged us full price for 2 phones on sale . Stay far far away , this isnt verizon wireless i can assure you. they say they are but nope.
