“*update: After leaving this review, the shop wanted to take another look. The brake was readjusted and it works as well as before now. This business clearly cares and rights mistakes.
I went for a simple brake job. I needed new calipers and rotors. They gave me my car back with the emergency brake disengaged. We brought back the car and they attached the cable but it is very loose, so the brake does very little. We brought back the car and they wanted to charge me over $500 to fix it.”
“I’m a couple years too late, but I found one of the stickers he gave me for my shop. I was driving from Georgia to Michigan. Blew my turbo boot apart. One I didn’t have a turbo boot. Two I didn’t have tools. Three it was a Sunday. I was able to call, and got an answer he said he’d do his best for me. He showed up on a curvy mountain road with tools and a used turbo boot to get me back on the road. Great businesses are based on how they treat people outside of business hours. I have brought his shop up to everyone I know driving through just so they know there’s someone dependable. Thanks again !”
“I cannot say enough good about this place. We were traveling and our trailer broke leaving us stranded. They were out within an hour of calling and fixed it at our hotel. They worked nearly 4 hours but only charged for 2. Super nice to deal with and MORE than fair!!!”

They also gave me great recommendations for work that they were not equipped to perform. They also stand by their work and don’t try to charge you extra if you need help after the service. “I had a flat today on 75, hundreds of miles from home, and got zero help from my roadside service because of the winter storm. I called Sweat's and they were there within 10 minutes to change it out with the spare. I didn't catch the guys' names, but they were SO nice and helpful and they pointed me in the right direction to get a replacement and get back on the road.”
“Well it is unfortunate that I had to have interaction with these individuals however I am from out of town and was hit in a local parking lot. Eddie came to my jobsites gave me an estimate on the spot may I add a very reasonable price which is shocking with the way our economy is. Got my parts the next day and was ready to repair my truck. Had a family emergency and had to go home for 2 weeks. When I got back into town he took it immediately and did the repairs. My truck did not look this good when I bought it. I wrecked my motorcycle and before I could get back with my truck to pick it up the cops reported it abandoned and had it towed. Less than 2 hours.
With my past experience with towing I was expecting huge fees and to have to jump through hoops to get my bike back with it probably damaged from the tow.
But they were friendly and helpful, the fee wasn’t too bad, and they took care of my bike.”
“Whoever was working Friday June 14th caused my stepson to get three tickets littering loitering and trespassing he went there because I sent him there I've been using main Street for a long time but now I have second thoughts that cause my stepson problems with an officer that is literally going out of his way to do things he shouldn't be doing and thanks to the person that works there thank u for causing?!problems? You don't need to be a service attendant you really don't!!!!!
I'm sure the officer can find better things to do is so petty and I don't understand it one thing I do know is that you have a have to have a certain demeanor to be a police officer there's just some people out there that don't need to be police they're supposed to help not hurt. And again some people just can't be serviced attendance because they don't know what they're doing or how to handle people they won't get my money anymore!!! And I forgive both of you the
service attendant and the police officer have a good night.”

They're Polite, Knowledgeable, Helpful, & Hard Working. The Guy Up Front Though, I Believe, Named Jeff, Is Rude, Not At All Helpful, Seems To Give Prices Just Off The Top Of His Head, Lazy That He Will Not Be A Gopher For Sizes On Used Tires & Rude To His Employees.
