“Great little gym for a great workout. Plenty of treadmills, variety of stationery bikes, free weights and weight machines. Since it's on the small side there are no additional rooms for aerobic type activities. They have many other locations that may accommodate that. Great atmosphere for a great workout.”

“The place is good I go for swimming so this is not a gym equipment review it's more about the pool and sauna. The sauna on Ridgway is closed for repair and it's been a few weeks. The pool is pretty nice and clean and the heater works well to keep the water temp around 83 degrees.”

“All the staff here are absolutely amazing at pushing you each and every time you enter the studio. I never thought I'd like orange theory as much as I do! I love it!”
