“I love, love, love this store!!! They greet you with great customer service by asking, as soon as you enter, if they can help you find something. Home Depot is literally 3 minutes from home but, I always travel the extra miles just for the customer service at Stewart Brothers Hardware. God is love and these people CLEARLY display it.”

“Plenty of friendly and knowledgeable people are available to help. I was greeted and assisted immediately, which never happens in big box stores. A friend recommended that I purchase my leaf blower here, and I had no idea this type of item was sold here. I will definitely return for other purchases like this. I was able to try on the backpack leaf blower, they ensured it worked before I left, and went through how to use it several times. We also discussed maintenance and made sure I had the correct fuel. The gentleman who assisted me went a step further by offering a 10-day full refund guarantee and even helped me load it into my car. The employees there seemed happy, laughing and joking with each other.”

“Couldn't find 2x4x8's anywhere - I needed 80 to build my fence. Home Depot and Lowe's didn't have them in stock and had no idea when they were getting them in. “Pretty good quality and quantity of plants and accessories. Only issue is that the checkout lines are so slow. Sometimes it's because of staffing. Sometimes because since a lot of items have to be looked up it takes longer. When buying stones or other items with a sticker I take a picture of the label on the shelf. Maybe Lowe's can think outside the box and have a camera that can quickly identify those items. I do see people leave a lot because they don't want to wait.”

“We went to the Lowe's in Bartlett on Hwy 64/Stage Road to look at their plants in the Garden Center and to pickup some bathroom caulk. We found the items we needed and browsed around the store for a while. This is our go to store due to its location and personal preference. We have been to several other Lowe's locations in the area and have always had a good experience.”
