“We rented 2 units for several months from iStorage in Lebanon. The grounds and both units were clean. You can tell they make an effort to control any potential pest issues as we had no bugs or spiders, etc., inside either unit even after being closed up for 2 months. They also take security seriously and walk the grounds regularly to make sure your unit is locked. I know because I saw this happening several times when I visited. Gate access was very easy. Teresa, the property manager, was great to deal with and very responsive every time we had a question. The pricing was fair for the area. Overall, very pleased and would recommend.”

On a few occasions, I’ve spoken with the owners to provide updated information, and they have always been very professional and prompt in returning my calls.”
