Staff have been very friendly for the past 2 years. Great place if you have pets 2 dog parks and plenty of places to walk around Maintenance seems to be a little overwhelmed but they do try to resolve issues as quick as possible.

We absolutely loved living at Venues 109. Unfortunately, due to a job relocation, I could not stay the full lease term. My family and I loved it here. The pool is nice, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this apartment complex if I ever relocate to this area again. I will come back here.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. I love this place. They are very pet friendly. I love the walking trail outside the apartment. Office is always very friendly. I have always had a good experience with maintenance. Great place to live ?
