“I moved here 2 1/2 months ago, next best thing to “heaven”. So friendly, lots & lots of activities in our building & the club house. There is a social room in all 4 buildings on the 2nd floor. It is for 55 & older. I feel I’m back in the college dorm! I have make so many kind & friendly people. Stacey & staff are exceptional people. Lots of outdoor & indoor activities, birthdays, karaoke, fire pit outdoors, breakfast gatherings once a month, indoor card & dice games. You will not be disappointed!😊”

“I moved here in 2021. When I left in 2024, the rent was $200/month higher. That’s a 19.23% increase over 3 years, or 6.41% annually. That’s much higher than annual wage increases of 2-3% on avg. In 30 years, a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment will definitely exceed $6500/month if increased annually at 6.41%. In short, I’m a homeowner because I refuse to let this be a reality for me. Can you imagine what NYC will be…”
