“We are traveling from Long Island to Florida. Wanted a place near the interstate. I called several in the area, and all were expensive for a one night stay. We also travel with my certified emotional support dog. Many major chain hotels charge $50 for a dog. I called HolidayI inn Exptess and was told “ if she’s a service dog, there’s no charge”. Which not one hotel ? inquired about!!! We also were offered an AARP discount. We, however, get the military discount. The check in process was quick and FRIENDLY! The room was large and spacious! What I mean is high ceilings! Beds were very comfortable!!!! Room was quiet, dark , and very clean. Breakfast included!! Coffee very good. I give this hotel a 10! For a one night stay! What more do you we need!!”

“Very unhappy with this hotel! As much as I had to pay for it I expected a lot better. The sink had lots of hair and some type of funk in it like it hadn’t even been cleaned after the last person. There was some type of crushed food in the carpet…The shampoo and conditioner were out. Several of the towels had some yucky brown spots on them. It was just disappointing for how much you pay for it.”

“Everything was good. Front desk staff were amazing.the only problem was for the price you’re paying they should have a better breakfast. Microwaved eggs and sausage and dried pith biscuits is not what you expect when paying close to 100$ a night. At least get some gravy for the biscuits or some real eggsFood & drinks: Breakfast not worth waking up for”

“My husband and I stayed with you October 25th through the 29th. Our stay was so pleasant. We enjoyed our quiet, very comfortable room. The room was very clean and had all we needed. The hotel in general is very nice and I was very happy with the amenities in the bathroom, i.e. plenty of hooks, counter space. We found the staff friendly, helpful and we want to acknowledge the people who put breakfast together each morning. Very nice choices for breakfast as well. We had a bath tub that would not allow water to stay in the tub and asked if someone could look at it. At the end of the day, the tub was ready to use. Thank you! This Hampton would be my first choice when coming into town again.”
