“I went into Verizon yesterday to open a new account because I’m going through a divorce, and met with Lloyd. I already knew what I wanted, so he didn’t have to sell me on anything, and I figured I would just walk out with what I asked for and be done.
Instead, what I got was a genuine conversation with someone who treated me as a person instead of commission. I got some valuable life advice for not only what I’m going through, but just life in general. He also made sure I got the best value for all the things I was asking for, which was just an extra bonus on top. It wasn’t just the best Verizon experience I’ve ever had, but potentially the best retail experience I’ve ever had, and he’s got a Verizon customer for life.
If you need to go to this store, he told me he starts work at 1:00pm on Tuesdays. I highly suggest looking for Lloyd.”
