“New customer to Verizon Wireless after years being with AT&T. My wife and I went into the store with a goal to get pricing for two phones and two tablets. We worked with Tate and provided us with great prices for our needs. Tate provided us not only with great prices but he provided us with excellent customer service. We decided on the spot to change from AT&T Wireless and go to Verizon Wireless for not just major cost savings for our Wireless needs but much better service than we had with our former provider.
When I am impressed with someone else's customer service skills and do a write up about it well that means something. Because I worked for over 43 years in retail sales and two call centers providing customer service and treat my customers the way I want to be treated and Tate hit a home run on that high quality of service.

“Jacob helped me with my phone today and he went above and beyond helping me. Even stayed a hour and a half past his shift. My phone was messing up during the switch from us cellular to T-Mobile and my phone was messing up bad. T-Mobile sent me a new phone and Jacob set it up for me and now it works great.
