“Great experience. It is a very clean facility, it’s easy to get started and access the unit, and the customer service is very helpful and attentive. Greg did a great job showing us around and easing the whole process. Thank you!”

“I use this facility for a number of years prior to discontinuing my RV adventures. Regardless of the day or time I always felt my RV was safe and that I was safe. The facility was always pristine. Be services of a dump site, RV wash site, access to potable water and a compressor for tire inflation. What more can an RV owner ask for? The owners are very easy to work with and very accommodating.”
“Excellent LOCAL people to do business with. I had the unit for one year and never had an issue. I let them know when I got it cleared out and they actually sent me a check for a refund of my cleaning deposit that I didn't even remember paying. It's nice to do business with local honest people.”

“This is the 3rd place that I have stored a camper and it is by far my best experience. The property is well organized and layout is great for big campers. The owners are top notch with their communication and maintenance of the storage yard.”
“Great place to store your belongings! 24 hour access too! The owner is extra nice and very trustworthy! Call AAA Pioneer Self Storage first. You will not be sorry!”
“Needed a secure space to store my Jeep Wrangler for a few months, while I relocated a boat from Lenoir City to the East coast. Very short notice, with no other options. Contacted Dale at Volunteer Storage. Despite his facility being full at the time, he understood my predicament, and made room for my Jeep. After three months, I was able to return to TN and retrieve my vehicle. Dale had started it frequently to keep the battery charged, and it started up for me just fine! I can’t thank him enough for bailing me out; no one else would have gone the extra mile to help. I highly recommend Dale and Volunteer Storage-Lenoir City, TN for your storage needs!”
