“So I happened to be in the Lenoir city area and me needing a new pair of shoes I decided to stop by and as soon as I stepped into the store the lady working, Amber Hall, started asking me questions about if I needed help and such. I asked her if the store had size 15 and she said they might but she wasn’t sure so she took me to the area that has the 15’s. Unfortunately there weren’t any but she was able to show me some other selections of shoes. To the best of her abilities she asked questions trying to see what I was looking for and if anything caught my eyes. We seen a pair of shoes and after a bit she seen that they didn’t currently have the size I needed but she made sure that she put an order in for me to my exact specifications. I have to say that Mrs amber hall was an exceptional employee and she made sure that I was properly taken care of in a very timely manner. I am grateful for her and the work she did for me. Absolutely 10/10 I would go back because I know that when I step into that store I will be greeted and assisted as best as possible. Again I have to say Amber Hall did a wonderful job”

“Came into this store about a year ago to look for a dress to wear to a wedding. It was a weekday mid-day so the store was fairly quiet. I could tell the 2 lovely employees were eager to work and loved their job! They asked if I was shopping for a certain occasion and I let them know I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. They then inquired about my likes and dislikes, favorite color palettes, etc. and then proceeded to both start picking things out for me, even going as far as to include shoes and accessories! They then helped give opinions as I tried everything on. The customer service was top notch; I wish every clothing store was this helpful!”

Every … EVERY single time I go to DSW in Turkey Creek I find a shoe or sneaker that I like …. not something to settle on m, mind you … but something I really like! “I love this store and customer service is always impeccable. But I do miss the Ann Taylor store and wish there was still one in Knoxville. I bought many clothes there over the years it was in west town mall. Turkey creek would be a great place to put an Ann Taylor.”
