“I’ve been meaning to get on here & give a great review to an employee named Tammy, I had a gift card for 25.00, I had been in there like a month earlier with my gift card, but that employee didn’t even try to help me so I went back about a month later because I needed some shoes, well the same thing happened the gift card just wouldn’t work when you slid the card, well Tammy instead of sending me on my way like the other associate that works there did (didn’t think to get her name) , instead she took the time to call corporate office & get it figured out for me, it literally took her 30 minutes & she like the other associate COULD of sent me on my way & tell me to figure it out like the other associate did, but instead she took the time to help me, & I REALLY needed the shoes I bought that day!! Tammy will be the reason that I personally will still shop at shoe show!!! 10stars for Tammy!! Thank you mam!!”

“After a pretty disappointing experience at the Elliot’s in Farragut I googled and found French’s. I walked into the shop and the worker there Frank greeted me immediately and asked what I was looking for. I started with my shoe size because I have a larger size than what Elliot’s carried and he immediately told me not to worry and that they had my size. He proceeded to find me a whole stack of shoes in my size for me to try on as well as continue to grab other options for my while I tried the initial stack. Shoe shopping is something that has always been awful for me, but I ended up finding the perfect pair of boots thanks to Frank.”

“Came into this store about a year ago to look for a dress to wear to a wedding. It was a weekday mid-day so the store was fairly quiet. I could tell the 2 lovely employees were eager to work and loved their job! They asked if I was shopping for a certain occasion and I let them know I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. They then inquired about my likes and dislikes, favorite color palettes, etc. and then proceeded to both start picking things out for me, even going as far as to include shoes and accessories! They then helped give opinions as I tried everything on. The customer service was top notch; I wish every clothing store was this helpful!”

“My Girlfriend, her boys and I recently went to Elliott's Boots Shoes and Sandals on Campbell Station Road, in Farragut (which is part of Knoxville, TN technically). We were shopping for the boys, they needed Shoes for School, Hoka is there brand for the foot problems. I personally love Wolverine Work Boots and my Girlfriend prefers KEEN Hiking Boots. The boys like Hoka and Salewa shoes. This location on Campbell Station is nice, lots of space to move around especially if your in a wheelchair like I am. I had no problem parking right outside the door in a Handicap space and no problems with Store entry either. Their store is clean and organized too. The Staff are friendly & helpful.”

“I came in on Thursday 02/28 with my 2 daughters. I was there to get shorts for my older daughter and one of the employees was extremely friendly. She helped us find shorts and she even brought us more options to the dressing room. One pair of shorts weren’t available that we liked so she helped us ship them to our home. I wish I had caught her name. We were there from like 4:30-4:50. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful she was!”

“One of my favorite boutiques here in knoxville!! Today I actually went in for Black Friday at 6am for my swag bag which was awesome!! It was organized and went smooth. I did not feel like I was fighting to get anything. On top of staff being incredibly friendly they were also so organized and welcoming! I love shopping here and recommend it to everyone. “I love this store and customer service is always impeccable. But I do miss the Ann Taylor store and wish there was still one in Knoxville. I bought many clothes there over the years it was in west town mall. Turkey creek would be a great place to put an Ann Taylor.”
