“People were super nice my only complaint is I am currently in a wheelchair and even though it say wheelchair accessible it's totally not can barely get in and the " handicapped "stall no wheelchair is getting in there, I had to pee with door open.”

“I was out of town on a 3 week storm restoration company business trip when my company vehicle broke down on a Thursday evening. Scheduled to leave to go home on Saturday. I was in panic mode, and called several repair shops who all told me no way possible.
I called Bachman-Bernard Chevrolet 2 minutes before closing. Ted and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed on a Friday and I was able to return to home on time. “Used them for the first time this week. I’m a mechanic and had just bought a truck, the following day the thermostat got stuck. The seller offered to pay for the repair so I decided to take it in as I get tired of fixing things myself. Everywhere else was either 2-3 weeks out, double the price in one case, and another wouldn’t give me a quote for the repair until he had it apart (this is way shady by the way). Silcox told me to bring it by just before close, same - day. Said he would call me mid day the following day to let me know it was done. He did exactly that, I picked it up after work, paid him what he said it would cost down to the cent, and off I went. No BS, no weird practices, no runaround, just a good old fashioned shop.”

“Ian & Derik were both kind & helpful. I was told they could check & repair my 2016 toyota sienna van's back break pads/rotors that sounded like needed replacement(loud metal scraping sound with breaking), along with a noisy serpentine belt, and change oil, all on an upcoming day. They even offered me a ride within close distance, if needed.
Brought it in on date of agreement. As promised, they completed the repairs & changed oil same day and hours before closing(appreciated this so I had my vehicle back for the weekend). Very fair pricing for work provided.

“Was quick and easy, much better than I was expecting. They kept me informed about when the service started and how it was progressing. The cost of mounting and balancing the tires was half the cost of local tire shops after doing a bunch of research and I got roadside protection for free as a Walmart plus member which is a $10 value per tire. I would definitely use Walmart auto center again for tires. Another plus was the tires I wanted weren't available at local shops but I was able to get them on Walmart,com not only cheaper, $22 per tire saving me $88, but they were at my door in 3 days!”

“I recently moved to the Limestone area and a couple days ago my wife's car starting acting up where it wouldn't start. I called and spoke with Kevin, he was polite and professional over the phone which automatically made me feel at ease.
We dropped the car off and he identified the issue. He gave us a price and we agreed upon said price to move forward and get the car fixed. He just needed to order the part and it would be in the following day.
When we went to go pick up the car he informed us that he was able to find the part cheaper and knocked close to 100 bucks off the original agreed upon price.
I am sold, I will be returning to to Limestone Auto Solutions for all my vehicle maintenance needs.”
