“I know chain franchise auto repair generally has a bad reputation, but the two Express Oil stations I frequent both absolutely rock. I use them for routine maintenance and even for the expensive stuff on my car and truck. Their prices are fair and their work is terrific. I don't go anywhere else if I can possibly avoid it. (Hint: it would be awesome if they would start doing mufflers!) But seriously I trust these guys with my life on the road and you should too.”

“We came to see the Ft Oglethorpe area to join famfor thanksgiving from North Carolina. Unfortunately our cooling system failed and we had to have our radiator and radiator fan replaced so we could get back home. The owner worked us in even though they were booked for a week and completed a major repair for a very reasonable price. I chose this shop because of their average 4.9 ratings. I am impressed with the quality of the service and not getting overcharged when we were in a difficult position. The owner is a straight shooter. If we lived in the area he would be our mechanic. “These guys are absolute lifesavers!! And such amazing people. A few days ago, I was driving in Hixson and my car started making this horrible noise (it’s always on the busiest of days). I’d heard great things about them in the past. When I walked into Mike’s office, I was upset and he dropped whatever task he was working on and automatically came out to my car to see what the problem was. No “well we’ve got a bit of a wait” or “we’ll get to it,” just incredible help and amazing service from the start. They ended up finding a replacement for a bolt that had come out and replaced it for free!

“I had damaged a skid plate on the under carriage of my automobile and it was dragging. I stopped at the Jiffy Lube, the gentleman who greeted me saw the problem. I asked if he would take a look to see if it could be fixed. I pulled in and they started working on fixing it. While one was repairing the plate another was checking my fluids and added wind shield fluid. If you don't have a regular auto care provider, I suggest you check out Jiffy Lube. The shop is very clean, they are courteous, and willing to help you anyway they can.

“This place is honest as the day is long. I've taken several vehicles here for years. For context, I live thirty five minutes across town in the valley but make the drive up the mountain to have my vehicles worked on here because of how honest, and hard working the folks at lookout mountain service center are. Their prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider how much other auto centers over charge and trust me, I've tried just about every single one of them. They diagnose problems quickly and fix the issues quickly. The only problem this place has, is that they are usually booked up weeks in advance, which honestly is a testament to the quality of work you'll get here and how many repeat customers they have. This place is your car mechanics favorite shop”
