“I brought my 2007 BMW M5 in for a no start no crank issue. This problem had baffled 3 other shops. I was about ready to give up on the car. Up to that point I had spent over 3k trying to get the car repaired with the other shops and each time those guys wanted me to spend more money to try their next great idea to fix my car. I was at my wits end when a friend told me to trust him and try the shop he was using to maintain his E63 AMG, reluctantly I decided to give this one last go. When I took the car in I didn’t tell them of everything the other shops had already tried, I just told them the car wouldn’t start when I went to drive off from my office one day. I didn’t tell them that the starter, battery, CAS module had all been replaced at other shops with no luck. So I leave the car with them and expect to hear more disappointing news in a few weeks with a large bill…but that wasn’t the case! They called me the next day and told me the car was runnng and driving but they wanted to check if I’d like an oil service since it was close to time to do one. I couldn’t believe it, I actually asked them 3 time, “The 2007 M5? The black one?”
“Yes sir, it was a bad ground cable from the subframe to the engine.”

“Great experience at Tri-State today. Brought my travel trailer in right when they opened and told them my problem. They looked at it immediately and realized it might be a quick fix. After troubleshooting for 10 minutes they were able to figure out the issue and repaired it on the spot. I left in 20 min with a fixed trailer and will definitely be back for all my repair and maintenance needs. Awesome customer service and really kind people - highly recommend!!!”
