“The owner, Jim Peyton, came within the time frame he gave us. He repaired our freezer (drain blocked & drain pan frozen), explaining precisely what was wrong & how he would fix it. In less than an hour it was working properly. Very reasonable cost for the repair!!! He cleaned up everything before leaving.
