A special thanks to Cody for informing me about their coming President Day's sale which enabled me to save $1300 off of my purchase by waiting just a few weeks. I also purchased 2 beautiful entertainment centers/TV stands off of the floor for 50% off each. Two truckloads of furniture arrived with a four-man crew on the morning of delivery which was scheduled five days after the purchase. I was the first delivery of the day and they arrived promptly. The crew was so polite and courteous and were patient to answer any questions that I had. All items arrived in good condition. As mentioned, I purchased 2 items off of the show floor and they touched up any visible scratches which were minor. I researched several other furniture stores before choosing Babcock but there were always terrible reviews about shipping and delivery. I was nervous that there would be delays or damaged items but I am so thankful that my experience was 100% positive from beginning to end. I highly recommend the Knoxville's Kingston Pike store.”

I have read enough reviews on buying new appliances of all brands that refrigerators costing near $1,000 lasting 18 months and new washers not going past 3 years (I recommend using a laundromat, I do). If purchasing a refrigerator from here I recommend defuzzing/degreasing the fins, fan / motor, and drip trays. For you DIY'ers looking to move appliances on your own, use the Uhaul 5x8 motorcycle trailer with grated ramp, makes it much easier to get a large item home, It can haul 3 refrigerators upright.”
