I had a vehicle that had an Interstate Battery. Unfortunately, I had some issues going on—when I tried to start the vehicle, it wouldn’t start, even though I was driving it daily. I spoke on the phone with someone at Interstate Battery and explained my circumstances. The battery was still under warranty, and after getting it tested, Advance Auto determined it was the battery.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the gentleman I’d spoken to. He brought out the manager, and I explained the whole situation. The manager removed the top of the battery and inspected it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me he didn’t actually believe the battery was the problem, and he reassured me in a few different ways. He offered a couple of different solutions, and given how far I’d driven, he still agreed to honor the warranty. There was no argument needed. Everyone was really polite, kind, and respectful. I already knew Interstate Battery was a trustworthy brand, but being taken care of and having them honor the warranty made me really appreciative. Interstate Battery has now earned my business on my vehicles due to their great service, understanding, and knowledge.”
