The place has appointment at 6 am and 9 am. If people are coming the night before, park on the street or straight away before the round about. Arrive at midnight, told to come back, come back at 7 am and out by 8:10. Check in is fast, empty fast, make check in and they can get people a door. It is a safe place for delivery the next morning.

Was sent from DC Knoxville to Loudon. Appointment 1100 there at 0900 Got a door right away unloaded within 30 mins. Not sure if this is the norm but it was a plus. Although had to drive back to Knoxville for my next pickup it paid off.

Great place to deliver to. Friendly staff and sometimes quick unloads if they don't have to count the boxes
