“I was so tired of dealing with rude pharmacies chains. Walgreens - TERRIBLE. CVS - THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Not just my local ones, but everyone of them I had ever experienced.
A friend of mine recommended to me to try Preferred Pharmacy in Tellico Village. They're privately owned, and no matter the situation they will do their very best to advocate for their members. I went there the very first time I believe 3 years ago (or so) & even if I have to drive 30-45 minutes to use it (I've moved since then) to get there, they'll have my businesses.
Side bonus ladies! They have a lush boutique to look through while you're there 😉.”

“Was sent from DC Knoxville to Loudon. Appointment 1100 there at 0900 Got a door right away unloaded within 30 mins. Not sure if this is the norm but it was a plus. Although had to drive back to Knoxville for my next pickup it paid off.”

“Making the switch from a large chain pharmacy after 20+ years to a local pharmacy was a big decision for me, but a no brainer.
When our country was experiencing prolonged shortages on essential medications, Rocky Top Pharmacy was the ONLY place I found who cared enough to try and keep enough in stock for their clients. I was a brand new patient to them, yet they still went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.
When my insurance paid them less than what their cost for the prescription was, Rocky Top ate the extra cost and passed savings onto me to honor their word of what my Rx would cost. I don’t know of ANY business that would do that.
They also worked extra hard to get a prior authorization pushed through in record time, while keeping me updated on the process every step of the way.
I am incredibly grateful for this small town pharmacy, the pharmacists, and their staff. They are always friendly, honest, and helpful. I will never go back to a big box retailer for my medications again!”
