“We ended up getting a flat on the Interstate and we tried a Walmart in Athens, but they didn’t have our size. We called multiple Walmarts and they all didn’t have our size. I was relieved when I called here and they had our size! The service was quick and the staff was super friendly! Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while!”

“I went in for a regular oil maintenance service. Quick service. Great customer service! Clean seating area. They had an outside patio seating with rocking chairs, bench and table. I enjoyed working on some work while waiting. Would recommend!”
“Gerald was fantastic to work with, showed up fixed my tire and sent the truck down the road.. you see reviews about a patch being to expensive… I think it’s awesome that he didn’t try to sell me a tire and as for the price? $350 to get my truck back on the road and not losing by sitting? That’s a steal!!

“Roi was quick, efficient, and very kind. I was having a difficult time this morning due to a long distance hike yesterday and he was quick to go above and beyond getting my tire size and even helping me when I dropped my stuff. He saw a person having a hard time and helped. 10/10! Peter was quick and had a way with connecting with people and to make them smile. He treats people like old friends. Thank you to the mechanics, the unsung heroes! They had my car in and out despite the heat and their workload. They made my car safe for the fourth and I appreciate it greatly.”

“This just might be one of the last home town, customer service first business in the country! Driving from Fl to Ohio hauling horses when our truck blew a tire. I called 15 places to find rude employees, nothing in stock or can’t help you answers. Not Paul’s, they were fast to help, understood the urgency of time with horses on the trailer! Jamie not only was fast and efficient he ensured to correct the previous mistakes made to ensure our tire was safe and secure! I cannot say enough good about this place! We are beyond grateful!!”
