I sent a envelope with something in it and I left it open because I thought they would have to check what was in it but no they SENT it with it open when it arrived it fell out and I had to pay for it becuase nobody there has brains to seal it before giving it or putting it in the shipping truck or when delivering it.

The parking lot is hard to find in the dark if you are unsure of where it is, and GPS is hopeless.
