“Iv been living here for 5 years I moved here in the summer of 2018. iv lived in the same building since. The office is great you just have to communicate what situation you are in if something happens. they have helped me when times were tough and I was struggling to pay rent they would give me extra time to get to my stability. They also have a good and friendly maintenance crew 2 years ago or so there maintenance crew wasn't the best but has since gotten better. The apartments do there best to update the living spaces and will let you update the apartment if you communicate what you are wanting to do. Also if you own animals they do allow dogs but one per apartment and or 1 or 2 cats or a cat and a dog. I have owned my pitbull here for 4 years and the office and maintenance love her as she loves people. And everyone that has met my pit loves her to.
People are friendly or they keep to themselves. if you want to help the community or make some changes to the apartments or something along those lines. they will work with you
just make sure to communicate.
the apartments will do there best to help or work with you.
As for noise or otherwise our walls are very thin and the floors are aswell they let sound come through pretty easily. if you become friendly with your naighbors ask for there number so you can politely communicate or check up on them if you hear a loud bang or something. But that goes different per every tenit. We are a quiet apartment complex and try to make the best out of what we have. Siincerely Maverick, Littles my pit and Rusty the cat.”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Village Square Shopping Center, and I must say that my experience was enjoyable. It's a vibrant and bustling shopping center that offers a variety of stores and amenities, making it a convenient and pleasant destination for a day out.One of the highlights of my visit was the diverse range of stores available. Whether you're looking for clothing, electronics, home goods, or specialty shops, Village Square Shopping Center has it all. The variety of options ensures that you can find something for everyone, making it an ideal place for shopping with friends and family.I particularly appreciated the well-maintained and clean environment throughout the shopping center. It's clear that the management takes pride in keeping the common areas tidy and inviting. The landscaping and outdoor seating areas add to the overall appeal, creating a relaxing atmosphere to take a break and enjoy the surroundings. The ample parking available was also a plus. Finding a parking spot was hassle-free, which is not always the case in busy shopping centers. This convenience made my visit all the more enjoyable, as I didn't have to spend unnecessary time searching for parking.Another aspect that stood out was the presence of various dining options. After a morning of shopping, it was great to have a selection of restaurants and eateries to choose from for a delicious meal or a quick snack. The food court and dining areas were well-maintained, and the variety of cuisines available meant there was something to satisfy every palate. As for customer service, I found the staff in the stores to be friendly and helpful. Whether I had questions about products or needed assistance, they were willing to provide support, which added to the overall positive experience.Overall, my visit to the Village Square Shopping Center was enjoyable, and I'd gladly return for another shopping excursion. It's a convenient, well-maintained, and diverse shopping destination that caters to a wide range of shopping and dining preferences. If you're in the area and looking for a day of retail therapy, I recommend giving this shopping center a visit.”

“We talked with Tammy about possibly running an apartment. She was very professional and amazing. Unfortunately didn’t work out Forrest, but I would highly recommend dealing with her as a leasing agent.”

“Exceptional service!! Bob and his crew moved us from Tennessee to New Jersey. Every step of the way was professional and efficient!! Bob even called us after a few days to see how we were doing after hearing about a terrible local forest fire near by us!! Thanks again Bob. And all of your team!”

“Like everywhere else on the planet, it's got pros and cons. It's really close to campus, the rent isn't just a complete scam, and generally the place is clean. The cons aren't great though -- it's an old building so the water gets shut off often for repairs, the heating system doesn't always work well, and when I moved in my unit wasn't cleaned even a little bit. Despite all that though, it's obvious the people working there care about being present for when problems arise (we got our carpet replaced completely free of charge after moving in due to it smelling like mold) and the maintenance guys are always kind and work hard. The place is what you make of it, and if you need a decent apartment for college in Knoxville I can recommend it.”

“So far the best place I have ever lived. I have struggled with the neighbor above me blaring their TV since I moved in and while the problem still isn't fixed, the office was determined to help me get to the bottom of it, because at first I thought it was the person below me and they were ON IT. The apartment is clean and spacious, they were very accommodating for my emotional support animal even though they don't usually allow pets. Overall a very nice property :)”

“University Walk has some exceptional staff and one in particular is Bryson Cook. On two separate occasions, Bryson diligently helped with true professional yet a personal caring touch, when helping us shuffle through some complicated and confusing changes with our son’s lease after a new online portal configuration. We truly appreciate his patience and willingness to help us sort through it all. In addition, Grace provided superior service on the phone and made our questions less worrisome. Great staff makes great results. Thank you both for helping us.”

“I lived here years ago and I hope to come back very soon! I remember it being quiet, clean and a safe place to live. My neighbors were nice and the staff was equally as nice. I never had any issues.”

“These apartments considering it's HUD housing is the best of them around! Apartments have their pros and cons. Super affordable income based. They've came far from the way they were many years ago when I was growing up for sure. They've cleaned up as far as crime goes not to say it's unheard of everyplace has crime. Also regarding roaches they've done a 360 within the last year, They hired pest control professionals! All and all I think people should be more greatful to have a place to call home because it hard to find housing with all these other apartments being built your going break yourself trying to make a mortgage payment practically to survive in those fancy apartments.”
