This was an insurance claim, and they even coordinated all the details with Farm Bureau.

“The repair situation started out stressful. I went into it knowing that it takes time to get your car back from the body shop. GEICO made it so stressful because I had to fight them tooth and nail to keep the rental car- but Peter had my back every step of the way. The car left Mr. Cool’s looking SO good. Even the car wash and clean at the end was top notch. They even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. “Came for a 2nd estimate, after an estimate with the car dealership. Was provided a fair estimate by Drake and he ordered the needed parts. Upon delivery, we scheduled the repair.
During the repair, the front desk staff was exceptional. They greeted me, coordinated with service, and even offered beverages.
The repair was completed quickly and for much less than quoted.

“They did a good job painting my Yamaha R6 ferring and tank, and they did so in a good time frame of two weeks. Will be posting pictures of the whole product with details in the future. Im giving this a 4.5 out of 5. The job was not perfection, a few minor flaws but it looks excelent with a beutiful color over all, and the flaws would take an owner who looks at every detail to notice, nothing is perfect, but its good and will definetly turn heads and it's by far better than any paint job I could pull off. Was it worth the money to have it painted over having a pre decal plastic made for less than half the price? I think so, nothing beats how a professional paint job look, I am ultra picky and piticular, the made the grade.”

The only communication I received from Knoxville was ur car is here and starting to be fixed. Then ur car is ready. No communication about what was being fixed and what wasn't being fixed.
When I picked up my car at the Maryville location and talked to Jared about my car.
He assured me that he would fix my car.

“Jeff is very knowledgeable and does exactly what he says. He looked at my bumper underneath, went in the office, looked up the parts and provided me with a quote, said if get the parts, he'll do the labor which is exactly what I wanted. Got the parts, called and he had me in the next day... following morning, had it ready and actually charged me LESS than he quoted. If that isn't honest, I don't know what is. Other shops wanted 5 times what he charged me. I'm taking my wife's vehicle in soon for a fender repair and have no reservations about his work or ethics. I would give this shop 6 stars if I could. He's a bit direct and old school, might be off putting to some folks as mentioned on here, but in no way is he rude or anything but straight forward. Gladly recommend!”

“I have never seen a 5 star review auto place before Valet Auto Tech but can confirm they are 5 stars for a reason!!!! I've had frustrating chronic issues with my van for a few months and this is the first place that has truly cared and showed concern in getting it fixed. They worked relentlessly and put in extra research as well, and always had it ready for me to drive home each day understanding that was very important for another job. Robert, the owner, is so down to earth that I didn't even realize he was the owner until after a few days!- he is caring, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and HONEST. This is the first auto shop I have never had to question if my complete ignorance of cars was being taken advantage of in any way, in fact the complete opposite. He employs the same caliber which is important- I'm familiar with Christian who was very communicative and great at keeping me in the loop, searching for the best deals on parts etc.... and I could tell the rest of the staff were caring in passing as well. Robert was even willing to help show me some things on my kids car (who they did not even work on), to teach and help us out of the kindness of his heart. I later found out that is where one of my coworkers family goes as well and LOVES them. I just can't speak highly enough about Robert or his shop in all directions. You can put your complete trust here and I will be highly recommending them to anyone who will listen lol!”
