“Probably the most honest and fair mechanics in all of Knoxville, on two separate occasions I have gone in and they have not charged me anything for either a simple service or a service that I didn’t know was covered by a recall, they’ve never even tried to upsell me, which makes the whole process so much less stressful. Not to mention their labor price is one of the cheapest I’ve seen in the area for the quality of work that they do. Also they offer a very generous military discount which is extremely appreciated. I've lived in the area for about 10 years and have used Hardin Valley Body Shop on a few occasions for myself and family. The work has always been excellent.
This repair was different because it was on a pristine truck I bought new and kept in showroom condition—no scratches or blemishes prior to the wreck.
I've attached before-and-after photos for reference. The results exceeded my expectations: the truck was restored not just to pre-accident condition, but to the same flawless state it was in the day I drove it off the lot. The repairs were precise, and the detailing was outstanding—every inch of the truck was immaculate.
They could easily run a top-tier detail service on the side.

“Jeff is very knowledgeable and does exactly what he says. He looked at my bumper underneath, went in the office, looked up the parts and provided me with a quote, said if get the parts, he'll do the labor which is exactly what I wanted. Got the parts, called and he had me in the next day... following morning, had it ready and actually charged me LESS than he quoted. If that isn't honest, I don't know what is. Other shops wanted 5 times what he charged me. I'm taking my wife's vehicle in soon for a fender repair and have no reservations about his work or ethics. I would give this shop 6 stars if I could. He's a bit direct and old school, might be off putting to some folks as mentioned on here, but in no way is he rude or anything but straight forward. Gladly recommend!”
