“In the last 6 months this particular dollar tree has changed from dirty, unorganized, out of everything to being one of my fav quick stops for random toiletries, lotions, razors. birthday and holiday decor. They have started to carry better stuff and even offer name brands for certain items. I will always buy my paper towels,cleaning supplies and holiday decor, birthday cards here. You can’t beat the balloon and greeting card prices. I prob stop here 5 days a week.”
“The manager walked away and started yelling as i waked up asking me where her other crew was. I said I turned around and the lady was gohe she said that was me. Then she ignored me adding my coupon so I aksed she said I don't have time. Another beautiful younger darker girl came in was kind and used my coupon. She was like to me all the way out clearing a line made by the manager who was missing about hanging signs is her job. So glad my special needs daughter want with me. We usually both come here. No receipt but I'm sure it was habit not alot of people say when they are treated well. I wish I got her name it's all on camera. Me spending my money shouldn't make me feel like I intruded on your day. The younger girl saved the day and was kind about it.”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We first want to say that DAN IS THE MAN AT RUNNING THIS STORE!!! It's hard to find people like dan that greets you right when you walk in the door! Dan also has a VERY UPBEAT PERSONALITY which is also very hard to find in this day in time. Just wanna say your doing an AMAZING JOB at running this store I know you don't hear it anymore but you definitely deserve a HUGE pay raise for going above & beyond thank you for always having a smile it means ALOT to us!”

“I love my dollar tree near my job. I work for a doctor's office and love to decorate. My patient's love it help makes their visit run smoother and its more comfortable. It brightens our day as well. The staff always works endlessly to make sure you have your items or keep the store stocked.”
“I can’t help but notice how much cleaner/organized and not only that, but PREPARED this location is when compared to all the others within a 50 mile radius. I walked in and noticed a lady organizing product and cleaning(Angela?) and I just wanted to tell her how much I appreciate what she does because I personally know how hard it is because I used to work for a similar company and I hated “recovery”(aka Putting stuff back where it belongs)
Also, Mad props to the genius Who decided to be proactive and inflate all the Valentine’s Day balloons, and have them already out where the customers could choose their own. Kudos to them! They need a raise! I’d put it up against any other Dollar Tree around! I live in Alcoa and Dr. the extra 15 minutes across town just for the experience of this store and will continue doing so.”
“I can find what I need here easily. Also I witnessed employee helping this man find his child some food and things because the family was struggling financially. I think it was so very kind of those working there to help in such a way. Great place to shop.”
“Store was very neat and well stocked. No carts of stuff needing to be put away blocking the aisles like the other store of this type. They have most items you need to just run in and get quickly. A very good selection of items. The checkout actually had polite people waiting to ring you out. At the other place their out in the parking lot smoking. This store is my go to for stuff like ibuprofen, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, pop, and last minute items. I think the prices are pretty reasonable as well. I would recommend this store if you need to just get in and out.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!! I had to use the bathroom & walked in asked if there restroom was working the lady says there is 2 ahead of you I've only got 1 bathroom working the other 1 is down. I gave 5 stars because even though there was only 1 bathroom working it was the CLEANEST I've EVER SEEN!!!And I've been in a lot of dollar generals but none compared to this one. SO KEEP UP THE GREAT WORKING YOU GUYS ARE DOING A AWESOME JOB!!!! ??”
“My review below was when the male manager was at this store. I made a trip here today and Dollar General now has a lady named Gidget as the new store manager. I now give the store a 5 star rating, she is super friendly, a great personality and makes sure you are finding what you need. Thank you to the upper management for seeing this store needed someone like her to make a go at this location. I have made this store my go to store again because she treats you with respect!I used to like this store but they have changed the staff and they lost a customer today by not waiting on me. I actually went yesterday, the shelves were empty and the carts loaded with stock to put up were sitting all over the store in the aisles. No room to get down some of the aisles. Today I went to pick up 1 item, the boss was busy putting up stock, walked up and saw me at the counter but never offered to wait on me. I put my item back and made the commit they just lost a customer. They messed up when they lost those friendly ladies they did have there.”
“Although smaller than the other newer dollar generals, I come here b/c of the cashiers. I wish I knew both day shift ladies names, but they are exactly what customer service should be. Kind and helpful. They are so friendly and always in a good mood. Raises for this store!!”
“Everyone is helpful except for jaryan. The latter is a j*** every time and rude to most all customers and he told someone if they couldn’t afford two things they shouldn’t have kids!! Very unprofessional and he shouldn’t work there”
“All good service and good prices. I don't know how they keep help as nd store stocked. It very cluttered. They don't have enough help. To do their job properly. That not good business or very smart. They have a high turn over rate. Every time I go in there ,they got new help . You have to watch what you buy. Several times stuff was priced higher than advertised or even marked. A lot of stuff marked clearance us ringing in full price. They going to go out of business if they don't manage better,pay decent wage and hire to enough help to properly vrun the store. The five star is for poor girl trying take care of customers and stock too”
“Love the Dollar General Store for their great deals and their extended hours. This Dollar General is located on hwy 321 between Lenoir City and Maryville. Take time to stop in and check this great little store out. Their extra friendly staff makes it the perfect Dollar General to shop at.”
“I am able to shop Safely at this Dollar Tree now. I stopped going to the Dollar Tree a few months ago, but in the past 3 months, I am able to shop there now without a bunch of Street people coming in stealing most of what I need from the store. That sounds bizarre but it used to happen. I was having to go almost to Seymour Dollar Tree to shop. Now I can safely go to Dollar Tree at Chapman square and feel safe.There is a new night manager that runs a tight ship. If I forgot something, and I am handicapped, she will run back and get it for me. She is very professional and very polite. I hope you all hang on to this manager because the other managers weren't doing their job. I think the manager's name is Mila or Milo. But you better hold on to her or I won't be shopping there because it will go back to what it was.”
“I'm writing this review only because of the customer service. The receipt says the cashier was cheryl. She was so kind and cut up with us. Most of the time the people work work there have no personality. This lady deserves a raise for how nice she was! My new favorite location.”
