They have an excellent selection of tiles, traditional and modern, as well as a range of exquisite hand-painted ones.
Over and above, this is a true community store that routinely sets out big boxes of free tiles for people to rummage through and take home. They are also conscientious about recycling, reusing, and sharing all their packaging material. Other stores would do well to emulate them.”

And helped us pick out the perfect. Quartz for our counter tops. And the installers, let me tell you, it's the best installation I have ever had. You can't see a seam. In fact, in all the countertops I had put in you, they had to do one seam. And that was it. That's how good it was. I would highly recommend them for any of your projects.”

“Adam helped us create our most beautiful and renovated bathroom. His attention to detail and carefully hearing our vision gave us a room worthy of a magazine’s coverage. He thoughtfully suggested additions that didn’t dramatically affect the cost but GREATLY enhanced the finished work (get the baseboards! get the chair rail! don’t cheap out and not consider heated floors!). The quality of tiles and selection are superior at The Tile Shop (seriously, if they don’t have it, you probably don’t need it)! Returns were a breeze! We will be back again and again! Thank you for everything to give us a stress free and beautiful feature in our home!!”

“I was having problems finding the right pan to replace some old ones, so I visited Williams-Sonoma in West Town Mall. It's the first store on the left once you enter the mall so easy to find. A friendly employee helped me narrow down the pan choices, and we found a set I liked, so I bought them.The store is gorgeous! So many gorgeous things for the kitchen, and I could have spent quite some time admiring all of the beautiful tools. If you love to cook and want nice things for your kitchen, Williams-Sonoma is the place to shop.”

But then, we met Donald, the manager, and he quickly showed us what customer service is all about!
Right from the start, Donald took immediate action to make sure our situation was resolved. He was on top of things, kept us updated, and even got his general manager (Chief Executive Merchant), Austin, involved. Austin was also extremely helpful, making sure we felt supported every step of the way. They really went above and beyond, handling everything with care and professionalism.
