“I was having problems finding the right pan to replace some old ones, so I visited Williams-Sonoma in West Town Mall. It's the first store on the left once you enter the mall so easy to find. A friendly employee helped me narrow down the pan choices, and we found a set I liked, so I bought them.The store is gorgeous! So many gorgeous things for the kitchen, and I could have spent quite some time admiring all of the beautiful tools. If you love to cook and want nice things for your kitchen, Williams-Sonoma is the place to shop.”

“This has quickly become my favorite must stop place when I'm in Knoxville! The employees are always friendly and more than happy to help you. Prices are amazing on most things. Found a new model nerf gun for out grandson that sold in reg stores for $69 for $29! And a Coleman portable propane grill that was $250 in stores and online for $79! If you see it and want it then buy it because chances are it won't be there if you wait. Love this place!”

“We bought a spa from The Great Backyard Place and had a great experience with Bill, who was very helpful and expertly answered the large number of questions we had. Delivery was smooth, the tub has been great, and any minor issues we've had were resolved quickly and locally by their great service/parts departments. Would recommend them to anyone!”

“I came to Knoxville intending to purchase tile from another retailer. Upon entering the other retailers store a lady asked me what she could help with. I showed her a picture of tile that I liked on Wayfair. She showed me something that was not remotely close to the photo I showed her, then got snarky with me when I said I did not care for what she showed me.When I entered the Tile Store I was greeted by Brett and he let me browse without pressure. When he came to check on me I showed him my picture. He did not have that tile, but he showed me some similar styles then took me to the computer to show me room simulator images with the choices and grout colors. Due to the design, and the way I wanted it placed it takes more cuts than what my tile guy originally estimated. I called to add a box on and David is rushing it in for me to have in two days. Top notch service in all aspects.”

“Josh was amazing as well as the other folks we talked to at Smokey Mountain Tops. Really professional, took his time in making sure we found the very best for our kitchen remodel. There is a huge assortment of types, patterns, cuts, corners and colors, but Josh took us through and spent the time necessary to educate us on finding the perfect material for us. This is one of the most critical selection in getting a perfect kitchen, and in our view there is no going back once it is cut and being installed. We really feel that Josh helped us make the right decision!! Put them on your list if you are getting your kitchen remodeled.”
