“Building a new house and choosing tile had been the hardest decision. This tile store was had all the answers to our tile struggles. Brett had been the absolute best at solving all of our problems! His knowledge of tiles, what tiles are available, how to get additional tile and all the needed extra materials- he knows it all. He even took personal notes on everything we originally ordered so he knew what would work with our previous orders. Now, a simple phone call and he knows exactly how to get what we need. We have been helped by a few other people at this store and all have been helpful. Such a wonderful store.”

“I normally don’t leave reviews but I had such a wonderful experience with DK, I had to leave one. My initial meeting with Clark was super easy. He knew all the different options and helped me narrow down what I was looking for. After making my choice - I had lots of revisions and Clark and Misti were both super accommodating. Installation (with Mike and Rick) was easily the best experience I have had while building this house. They are so good at their job and were able to make the necessary adjustments and even texted me after to let me know it all worked out perfectly! And I have to say - I do love how beautiful my cabinets and vanity turned out!!! You can’t go wrong with this crew. What they say is true “ you get what you pay for”…. Not only are their products high quality but the staff is A+ !”

“If there was a way to give this gentleman at the Backyard Store In Knoxville more than five stars, I would, I live out of town and had several issues with my swim spa and I live four hours away, from the very beginning when I called Jonathan PINCHAK He was absolutely the most helpful person I had ever dealt with, even though he had never met me, several times I would call him and ask him something and he would get information to me back about my unit that I had here cause I cannot get any answers from my store where I live, he had nothing to gain except extremely wonderful customer service and you could tell he wanted to go way beyond what a lot of people would do to help me
I would say that again, giving him five stars are not enough. I have dealt with people for 30 years in my business and I have never seen anyone with better customer service courtesy and willing to help someone just because they needed information but yet they did not buy the swim spa from them. Thank you so much, Jonathan. you’re definitely a cut above.

“Josh was amazing as well as the other folks we talked to at Smokey Mountain Tops. Really professional, took his time in making sure we found the very best for our kitchen remodel. There is a huge assortment of types, patterns, cuts, corners and colors, but Josh took us through and spent the time necessary to educate us on finding the perfect material for us. This is one of the most critical selection in getting a perfect kitchen, and in our view there is no going back once it is cut and being installed. We really feel that Josh helped us make the right decision!! Put them on your list if you are getting your kitchen remodeled.”
“Their prices are unbeatable the staff is friendly, courteous and willing to help. Everything about the place is awesome if you were trying to remodel or build your own DIY house. my fiance and I got over $500 worth of things for only $150 plus tax. We will be back again .”
“Not what I was expecting. Warehouse feel with decent stuff but I felt a little pricey for the quality. I will say that the staff was very helpful when my friend found a side table she liked. Problem was she wanted a pair and the store only had 1 boxed. The floor model had a scratch so the employee searched their other store in Chattanooga on his phone where it said 1 was available.
We just didn't want to drive that far so unfortunately we passed on the table. Customer service was great though.”

“I was having problems finding the right pan to replace some old ones, so I visited Williams-Sonoma in West Town Mall. It's the first store on the left once you enter the mall so easy to find. A friendly employee helped me narrow down the pan choices, and we found a set I liked, so I bought them.The store is gorgeous! So many gorgeous things for the kitchen, and I could have spent quite some time admiring all of the beautiful tools. If you love to cook and want nice things for your kitchen, Williams-Sonoma is the place to shop.”

“I felt comfortable as soon as Matt the salesman arrived. We had just been through a bad experience with another company and was a bit apprehensive. When I called Bath Planet I was pleasantly greeted by Wanda. She was very kind and helpful. It took a couple months, but they sent Joe to start the installation. He knew exactly how to move a wall we needed to get our new shower in. He made us feel at ease from the beginning and was very personable. Once the job was done, Connor came to inspect the job was done to their high standards. He was super nice as everyone else I had met from Bath Planet. Overall, it was an amazing experience from sweet Wanda, Matt, Joe and Conner. I highly recommend them do any project you have.”
