“I felt comfortable as soon as Matt the salesman arrived. We had just been through a bad experience with another company and was a bit apprehensive. When I called Bath Planet I was pleasantly greeted by Wanda. She was very kind and helpful. It took a couple months, but they sent Joe to start the installation. He knew exactly how to move a wall we needed to get our new shower in. He made us feel at ease from the beginning and was very personable. Once the job was done, Connor came to inspect the job was done to their high standards. He was super nice as everyone else I had met from Bath Planet. Overall, it was an amazing experience from sweet Wanda, Matt, Joe and Conner. I highly recommend them do any project you have.”

“Went above and beyond to help replace a faulty water softener. We understand that sometimes things happen even good brands can produce a bad unit. They were very professional and came out to inspect and ended up replacing our softener for a new one. I'm so glad we choose to purchase from a local business and not a big-box store. Our experience was excellent.”

“I normally don’t leave reviews but I had such a wonderful experience with DK, I had to leave one. My initial meeting with Clark was super easy. He knew all the different options and helped me narrow down what I was looking for. After making my choice - I had lots of revisions and Clark and Misti were both super accommodating. Installation (with Mike and Rick) was easily the best experience I have had while building this house. They are so good at their job and were able to make the necessary adjustments and even texted me after to let me know it all worked out perfectly! And I have to say - I do love how beautiful my cabinets and vanity turned out!!! You can’t go wrong with this crew. What they say is true “ you get what you pay for”…. Not only are their products high quality but the staff is A+ !”

“They have a wide variety selection of just about anything that you can think of here at Ollie‘s. Good luck trying to find someone to answer any questions though that’s the only complaint that I would really have. Not enough staff to help their customers.”

“If you pay cash they will NOT accept pennies. Even if you give correct change. Pennies are still in circulation they are just not making any more of them... Nice people work there and they just have to follow there company rules. But I guess if I used card they would have gotten the payment of 221.78...what's the difference??”

“Not what I was expecting. Warehouse feel with decent stuff but I felt a little pricey for the quality. I will say that the staff was very helpful when my friend found a side table she liked. Problem was she wanted a pair and the store only had 1 boxed. The floor model had a scratch so the employee searched their other store in Chattanooga on his phone where it said 1 was available. We just didn't want to drive that far so unfortunately we passed on the table. Customer service was great though.”

“I was having problems finding the right pan to replace some old ones, so I visited Williams-Sonoma in West Town Mall. It's the first store on the left once you enter the mall so easy to find. A friendly employee helped me narrow down the pan choices, and we found a set I liked, so I bought them. The store is gorgeous! So many gorgeous things for the kitchen, and I could have spent quite some time admiring all of the beautiful tools. If you love to cook and want nice things for your kitchen, Williams-Sonoma is the place to shop.”

“My boyfriend and I checked out three different hot tub stores in Knoxville before going to The Great Backyard Place. They had the best deals by far. Bill is an easy going salesman who isn’t pushy and lets you take your time. We told him we’d sleep on it, and when we got to the car I came right back inside because I knew this was the deal for me and didn’t want to wait. Yesterday my hot tub got delivered and I am obsessed. The delivery was extremely professional and a very personable delivery team. I could not be happier with my entire experience at The Great Backyard Place and how seamless the whole process was. Owning my own hot tub has been a lifelong dream of mine and now it’s finally real!”
