“If you want excellent customer service then Batteries Plus of Madison is the place. They are so helpful and with their attention to detail and confirming accuracy and with the best price, it don't get any better than this. The store must have a really great manager and it's reflected through the talented employees for sure. They quickly become your dependable go to people place. If you want to save a ton of money and skip the dealership ripoff they actually have in stock your year, make and model car key fob shell and can remove your existing circuit board from your dis functioning fob and put it in the new fob shell and it works perfect instantly and costs way way way less. Do avoid the dealership lies because even lock smiths do this service when you need it and again for way way less fees.”

“My car was overheating. Was able to make it there at 630 am and they didn't open until I believe 730 or 8 am. The manager seen that I was outside and having issues with my car. She opened up and let me make a purchase in hopes I make it back home. Needless to say, it was a bad water pump after all. That afternoon, I called and the manager ordered everything I needed and was able to repair vehicle and I was driving it 2 days later. Will definitely do my business at this store in future.”

“I have had the pleasure of purchasing several batteries from this company. They go out of their way to provide excellent service that is not matched by anyone in today’s environment. It's almost like the way service was meant to be going back to what the relationship should be between customer and vendor.”

“Bought the wrong seat covers. Tried to use them, but wouldn't work. We were 500 miles away from where we had purchased. The store in Nashville took them back. UNBELIEVABLE, no questions asked. Great service and both friendly and respectful too.”

“Kevin was a lifesaver. Our car had broken down near by and he gave all the instructions and tools necessary to jump it. Once we jumped it he changed the car battery on what was said to be a “40 minute change” in less than 5 minutes. Absolute godsend. Highly recommend this place and Kevin!”

“My name is Chad Mangrom, owner of C&E Mobile Mechanic and Diagnostics, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service at this O'Reilly Auto Parts location. This store is absolutely amazing. The entire team is attentive and professional, but I especially want to recognize Ramona, the manager. She does an excellent job leading her team and ensuring that customers receive top-notch service every time they walk through the door. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out. I also want to give special recognition to two employees, Victor and Danny. These young men are exceptional. They are always attentive, kind, humble, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to help. They have consistently provided outstanding customer service, and they are the main reason I enjoy doing business with this location. While there are other O'Reilly stores closer to me, I choose to drive to this one because of the customer service. The professionalism and positive attitude of Ramona, Victor, and Danny set this store apart from the rest. They deserve more than five stars—I'd give them ten stars if I could. Thank you for always taking care of your customers and making every visit a great experience. — Chad Mangrom Owner, C&E Mobile Mechanic and Diagnostics”

“Very courteous and good people. I brought 2 starters in to be bench tested and Sean was honest and said he was not trained to do it. He then went out of his way to get the manager and was trained right in front of me. Jonathan was awesome which is the manager and they both were very good men. They bench tested two starters for me. Of course they both failed. But with confirmation it made my diagnostic experience with my Dodge a good experience. I will be back to get a starter from them. Very acknowledgeable considerate. Sean is the best. Jonathan, thank you for your help. You have a good store and good people.”
