This store is absolutely amazing. The entire team is attentive and professional, but I especially want to recognize Ramona, the manager. She does an excellent job leading her team and ensuring that customers receive top-notch service every time they walk through the door. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out.
I also want to give special recognition to two employees, Victor and Danny. These young men are exceptional. They are always attentive, kind, humble, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to help. They have consistently provided outstanding customer service, and they are the main reason I enjoy doing business with this location.
While there are other O'Reilly stores closer to me, I choose to drive to this one because of the customer service. The professionalism and positive attitude of Ramona, Victor, and Danny set this store apart from the rest.

“Very courteous and good people. I brought 2 starters in to be bench tested and Sean was honest and said he was not trained to do it. He then went out of his way to get the manager and was trained right in front of me. Jonathan was awesome which is the manager and they both were very good men. They bench tested two starters for me. Of course they both failed. But with confirmation it made my diagnostic experience with my Dodge a good experience. I will be back to get a starter from them. Very acknowledgeable considerate.
