“I had an excellent experience at this local bridal shop. The mother and daughter team were friendly and professional. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but they were quick to discover any patterns in likes and dislikes that I had which made the process efficient. They also ensured my bridal crew had a great time while ensuring I remained the primary focus. This was a one stop shop where I found the perfect dress, tiara, belt, and veil. When my dress came in, they were able to complete all the alterations. They even offered to alter any of the bridesmaids dresses if needed, knowing that some of them were traveling to my wedding from overseas and wouldn't know what alterations would be needed until a week before. Exceptional bridal shop!”
“I live out of state & discovered that The Dress Theory carried a designer that I was interested in. When I called to inquire about the specific gown they said that they had let a sister store borrow it but could have it shipped back in time for me to try on. Aubrey was amazing through all phone & email communication, when I met her for my appointment she had the best energy & was so helpful! The store was gorgeous & very inviting. 12/10 recommend!!”
“Where do I begin???? Niya is INCREDIBLE. I originally reached out to her about me blind ordering a dress because I live in Memphis and have a super busy schedule. She was super helpful in assisting with that and I actually was able to make it to Nashville she even opened up an appointment for me right before they opened. From the moment we made contact on Instagram until now she has been super helpful and attentive to everything I requested. I ended up picking a completely different dress than what I originally wanted she sent me the invoice and something about the dress just didn’t stand out to me I sent her a dress she had previously posted that I didnt try on in store she reassured me I would love it and we went through with the order. The entire appointment was so refreshing and she was so personable. It was almost as if I had known her my whole life. I ended up going back this past Sunday to try the dress on for the first time and it was perfect. She was recommended to me by a client of mine who has lived in Nashville for far longer than I have, and it's the best recommendation I've ever followed up on. I've never felt more beautiful in a dress before I had one made by her.Muna is an artist at what she does. She can make anything you dream up into a truly customized and beautiful couture gown. “Where do I start? By far the best experience with ANY shopping experience I have ever had. We were on the hunt for a Sherri Hill dress that seemed to be a unicorn. Krista was AMAZING. I spoke with her initially, at least a month ago, she didn’t have the dress, but saw that it was on their radar to be ordered. She kept in contact with me every Wednesday to let me know if the dress had come in, even reaching out to me before I had she chance to call! And today the dress came in! So the unicorn is now ours and my daughter’s senior prom is complete! So this May, Glitz Nashville will be represented in Northeast Ohio and we couldn’t be happier! I would recommend them 1000x over.
