“Very nice clean place but no bathrooms is not gpod.I had to walk around the side of the building and go behind the dumpster because cancer messes a man up and we can't wait.”
“Suit coats and sports coats will not lay correctly when done by Joy Cleaners in Hermitage. I'm embarrassed to wear them and had to take them to another cleaners to be done properly. Strongly recommend using another dry cleaner. I have talked to them about this more than once and there has been no improvement.
UPDATE: When I was finally able to communicate with the owner/manager the issue was corrected. They are the only place around that will still get things back to you in the afternoon if you have it in by 8:00 a.m. I have updated my rating.”

“This laundromat is seriously one of the best laundry spots in town. The washing machines are the cheapest I’ve found—and they still do a great job. It’s really clean and easy to use, so you’re not stuck trying to figure anything out. Everything works the way it should, which honestly makes laundry way less of a hassle.
What I really like is that you only pay for what you need when it comes to drying. It starts the cycle with just one quarter . It’s simple, cheap, and gets the job done efficiently . Definitely a five-star place.”

I have done a multitude of different types of garments, leather silks linens, and they have done a fantastic job of getting my clothes cleaned.”
“I have not used the washers. Only the dryers. And let me start out this place is clean. The restrooms are clean. The owners I guess treated me better than I was treated at the palm or Ruth Chris. Now I know you are thinking if you are at the palm or Ruth Chris what are you at a coin laundry. That’s a different story. If I had to suggest anything maybe a few more trash cans. Because of no fault of the owners. The folks in this area will not pick up a dryer sheet off the floor to save their life.”

“My wedding dress fell out of our moving truck and got run over in the rain and mud on the highway (before the wedding!). I was hopeless when I brought it into Carriage Trade Cleaners. It had tire marks and so many stains. They got the dress perfectly clean and looking brand new. They cleaned my veil for free. I owe them everything!!! Thank you so much!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”
“Nicholson’s does a good job for the price, speed, and convenience. I generally wash and hang dry most of my family’s clothes and then have them “press only” so that my garments are perfect and super clean. They also do a good job at alterations - hemming and more complex items. There are way more high-end and outstandingly expensive drycleaners in Nashville - I’ve tried them all and paid $175 for one cashmere sweater to be cleaned - but Nicholson’s did just as good a job as the most expensive places. They have never ruined an item and the team is very nice and turns things around super quickly. I’ve been going there almost weekly for two years and would recommend them if you are Germantown, East, etc.”
“Such good service!!! I asked them to replace the zipper on my jacket. They told me it would take 8 days, it took 3. The new zipper is really nice quality and pops on my jacket. Grateful to keep my jacket and this zipper adds more years to it. Grateful they are close by. Thank you McPherson Cleaners!!”

“Very clean and convenient. I use the extra large washer for a king size comforter. It was great. Cost me about $10 to wash and dry the comforter. Not too bad. My dog has been sick so the comforter had urine stains in and odor. The washer and dryer took care of it. I am relieved and really grateful. I will use the laundromat again.”

“I have used this cleaners for 10+ years even before they were Signature Cleaners. I have loved them so much. Not only do they always do a great job, but they have loved on me and my family, delivered clothes to my house just to help me, and take the time to always ask how I am doing with genuine care and concern. On top of that they do an outstanding job with alterations, repairing holes and even redesigning. I would give them 10 stars if I could.”

“I like this laundromat. Clean, easy to use, can pay with a card or cash, reasonable prices, etc. Problem being, is I have been losing pants here. I'm going to have to buy several pair, unfortunately. Please watch both your dryers, and washing machines.Don't leave while your clothes are washing and drying. Eyes and ears alert at all times (and I'm sure this goes for any laundromat). Were it not for this, this laundromat would have gotten a 5.”

“This is a nice , clean laundry mat. My dryer is down, so I decided to come here, and use the washer and the dryer. The machines worked well and my clothes really look and felt clean! The laundromat was very clean, and location is great. I'm sure i'll come again, until I get my dryer fixed. And it's pretty bright for safety, although I think more lighting for it night on the side of the building, would be great for safety. Otherwise, nice place to do laundry ”
