I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Expect zero customer service once you buy a vehicle.I bought a used vehicle that is 2020 model. I had a warning sign on the way home that same day. I left multiple messages since it was already 10 min after business hours. No one responded ever. I called next day and trying to get hold of anyone that I worked with but no one was available until I told them I would put a stop payment on the check.I had already took my car to the shop, I told them I will discuss with them once I hear back from the shop. Luckily it was a minor issue. Oil filter was not installed correctly so that was easy fix which was done at the dealership by the way. I left messages what happened and of course no one responded but they did deposit my check. Two days later (3 days from purchase date) my car wouldn’t start and I called a towing service and called a dealership meanwhile . I was pretty upset at this point. Receptionist or whoever answered the phone told me that they will call me back which was another lie.Once again, this time it was a battery. So please be aware of this place when you buy a vehicle from here.My sales person name was GIO CHOISNE and his manager name was KEITH BURR.

I had an unfortunate experience at a Honda service center at Music City Honda Dealership, which left me very much dissatisfied with their customer service. As a newcomer to the area, I attempted to schedule a car service appointment. However, the staff member, a dark haeded lady. I encountered was unprofessional, displaying a lack of courtesy and a somewhat bitter attitude. At first, I mistakenly assumed she was on the phone, only to realize she was actually addressing me. I’m very disappointed by the encounter. I decided to leave without proceeding further.

boy oh boy ... if you want to do what's best for you, I would stear clear of this dealership for sure. I went into this dealership several times seeking to purchase or lease a honda civic / accord and came out with everything besides that seeminglu. I worked with sales person Tate. he seems like a good guy but in the end just wants to do whatever to make a deal to benefit himself seemingly. my last encounter , I went into the dealership too look at a range rover evoque that was listed on their website. this car is a absolute disaster and I am absolutely sure he knew this in the process of selling me the car. he even admitted so himself !! the car was priced no where close to what the vehicle was actually worth. he moved so quickly with the sale that it raised a red flag for me but he continued to keepthe balll rolling despite my concerns. within 3 months I had to replace the brakes and rotors on the vehicle. 2 months later, the coolant tank began leaking. a month after that , the turbo in my vehicle began having issues and the lost can go on and on. i've had the vehicle for just about a exact year and it's in shambles. one thing after another and guess what?! no one will take the vehicle because it is worth seemingly NOTHING! even salealan Tate said so. so, as I stated in the beginning , save your time. Go to Ecoparks or Crest Honda or somewhere other than here.

I recommend you to stay away from this place.Sales Manager Dennis will gaslight you saying they will call you back, they won't.I passed on buying a Tesla yesterday because they told me everything was good, when it wasn't. And the Tesla at the other dealer sold this PM.This is sketchy and they lie about approvals not disclosing what's really going on to their benefit.I called and said "Can I speak to finance?" This guy replied "I hope you can" lol...This place is a joke. This is the reason these old fashioned dealers are dying.

Absolute worst experience you will ever have attempting to buy a car. Not only did the manager manipulate the condition and features on my trade to make it appear worth much less than it actually was, they ALSO attempted to sneak in the old $4400 scotch guard treatment and other ambiguous costs. What outdated, unethical and borderline criminal tactics these guys employ. It's laughable!! DO NOT give them your hard earned money.

I'll relate my experience and you can decide if you want to patronize this business, I have taken my vehicle here many times for regular maintenance, oil, transmission fluid, coolant changes, tire rotation, etc. The last time was for an oil change and about a week afterwards I noticed one of the screws from the engine air filter housing in my CRV had been broken off, they check the filter routinely when you bring the vehicle in for a maintenance service such as an oil change but I never have them replace it because it costs too much there and I can do it myself. The problem here was no one told me about the broken screw, accidents happen, just confess and fix your mistake. I made the service manager aware of it, they looked at it after I returned to the shop and they agreed to replace it but had to order the screw. After about a 2 week wait I finally received a call that the part was in and asked if they could just mail it to me, nope can't do that the woman on the phone says. Ok, you break something on my vehicle when I've already had it in for an overpriced oil change, I have to make a trip to your shop for you to verify the problem and now you won't mail me the screw that YOU broke? Instead I have to take the time and burn the gas to pick it up personally, nice customer service. And finally when I arrive the Parts Dept attempted to charge me for the part, really?! I'm done with Music City Honda, as not only a customer but a regular customer I should have been taken better care of after the hassle I had to endure for YOUR mistake.

Cody was amazing! He responded quickly to my calls and text messages and even sent me pictures of the car I was interested in buying before I got there. He was extremely attentive and helpful during the car-buying process. He was able to get me the car I wanted in the color I wanted for the best price in the city. I highly recommend asking Cody to help you buy a new vehicle.

I give them some chances to get things straight. The very first time I visited them, the guy who attended me was nice at the beginning, but when he knew they didn't had what I was looking for, he tried to convince me of buying something else, but when I didn't wanted something else he just looked away. Then I tried their service center to know what to expect from them if I bought a car there and I wasn't happy with the quality of service received, I have been with others dealerships and their attitude is way different. And lastly when they finally got the car I wan interested in, they gave me a price, then when I was almost to accept the deal, they just increased the price 5k out of nowhere, with their ego telling me that I can't find that car anywhere else and they had the best price, even that 5k higher price was the best deal, and even I told them that was a lie, their price was too high, they still tried convinced they had the best price even showing them proof that's not true.Sadly not a pleasant overall experience, would not recommend.

I purchased a new car from Andrew Perry at Music City Honda today. I could not be more pleased with his top notch service, knowledge, and positive attitude. All around A+++ experience! I recommend both the dealership and Mr. Perry! They made this a painless and expeditious experience. Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend!

Horrible very disrespectful towards me, and my father and workers would sit and laugh in our faces while we asked an important question. I honestly regret buying my car from the dealership, and I would not recommend anyone to. SAVE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

NEVER BUY FROM MUSIC CITY HONDA!! I was told they were going to pay off my truck and put it towards a Kia Sportage I bought. owed 8k on the truck and was told the price of the car was 26k. that had me agree to the payments not the price of the car. When I got home I learned that that had tacked on what I owed for my truck onto my new car payment. 36 thousand dollars.... I went to confront them and they said there was nothing they could do.

Big Lew got me right. I walked in and he was attentive and looked to get out of there with a car. Everything was smooth and straight to the point. With this being my first time buying a car, he made everything easy. He didn’t put pressure on me and allowed the transaction to be clear cut. Big Lew is the man . Ask for him and only him.

Searching for a used car hasn't been an easy process, but everyone I worked with here at Music City Honda made it way more manageable! I worked with Fred Derrick, and even though I didn't have an appointment set up the day I came in, he was still ready to help me. He answered all of my questions and allowed me time to inspect the car I bought without feeling pressure to make a decision quickly. He is honest and a straight shooter when it comes to discussing cars, and I appreciate that a lot in this type of environment. Overall, it was a good car-buying experience, and I'm grateful for the help and information everyone here gave me when I came in.

My wife and I recently found ourselves in an odd situation when a Honda dealership decided not to honor an agreement that was in writing and deposit paid on the day we arrived at the dealership to purchase the vehicle! After learning that we would not be purchasing a car that day, my wife located dealerships that had the vehicle we were interested in. We reached out to several, but it was Andrew Perry at Music City Honda who got our business. He was very courteous, professional, and responsive. Within no time, we were leaving Music City Honda with our new vehicle. We cannot remember a buying experience as easy and stress-free as our experience at Music City Honda. We cannot say enough good things about Andrew or the staff. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, then you should definitely contact Andrew Perry at Music City Honda.
