I stopped at this place at 4.45 on a Tuesday morning on my way to work to get coffee. The guy told me "we are close" until 5 AM. As soon as I turned around, he unlocked the door for another guy. Let him in for a pack of cigarettes. So I waited and I told him I just need to get a coffee and say, sorry, we are close
