Received reminders for my appointment and was met by an associate upon arrival who had all of the relevant information. The only hangup was a failure to promptly notify me after the tires were installed. I saw my vehicle pulled out of the garage and waited approximately 15 minutes before I asked about it The associate checked, found my car was ready and apologized for the notification delay.
