“I was due an oil change and the day before my check engine light came on and I informed Cassidy of my situation.
She took the initiative to request that I get the code from an auto parts store. I gave her the code and she ordered the suspected sensor.
While performing the oil change C.A.R decided to clean the sensor and clear the code.
The next day the light came back on and I was scheduled to go out of town. She assured me that there was no harm in driving the car and scheduled to replace it upon returning. To my surprise, while on my trip the light went off and stayed off. Cassidy said they would keep the part in case it came back on. Customer service at its best!”
“Alex and his crew were quick & accommodating at getting our truck in right away when our Ford wheel bearing went out . The price was very reasonable and the best part next to their amazing customer service , was they only had to keep the truck for a couple hours !! Highly recommend ! “We had driven from Baltimore to pick up a rescue dog and were on our way back to Baltimore when my car started making a terrible noise. Although they were very busy at the garage when we explained our predicament, they were very kind and the mechanic took the car for a test drive, found the problem and fixed it in about five minutes. They refused to charge us. You cannot beat that for wonderful service.”

“Military/Veteran community,
Today I picked up my son's vehicle for warranty/repair work. I asked if they offered a military discount. Was told yes, but only $100. Which was a 2% discount on a $5000 bill. But the slap in the face was I was then charged $149 fee for using a credit card! Dealerships in the Nashville area offer a 10% discount for Military members. To have an Airbase in your backyard, you would think they would be more considerate to the military community. From now on I will take my business elsewhere!

I needed my brakes/rotors done asap and I called them and he got me in right away. He did a good job of communicating with me what the issue was and had it ready for me the same day I dropped it off. I was impressed and that's saying a lot. A good honest auto shop is hard to find. When I got back into my car they had found a $20 bill I lost and it was placed in my cup holder! And my car drives better than it ever has before.”
“I have only good things to say about this dealership. To be honest, after having a bad experience at another dealership I was desperate to find a specific vehicle for the price that I wanted.. So I reached out to Stan McNabb Chevrolet in Tullahoma Tn.. about a vehicle I had seen online and Jimmy worked at giving me all the details and information I requested which was extremely helpful. I set up a time to test drive the vehicle .. and Jimmy went over all the paperwork including the amount we had previously agreed on and then the sale was finished up.. I have had the vehicle for less than one week.. and so far everything is going well. I will definitely update this review if any problems arise but as of now, I have only good things about the Stan McNabb dealership for selling me the car I wanted for the amount I was looking to pay..”

I've now been dealing with Mike for years and I wouldn't change a thing. Done a lot of business with him over the years been nothing but satisfied every step along the way. Remember that in today's day and age good help is hard to find. Same applies to Mike. So bare with the guy if he's a little slow right now because he is working with a very young crew of help. Mike still looks their work over but it is rough sometimes.”
“Had to fill 2 tires within a couple of days suspected a nail. Took it to this Walmart as I was already shopping in the area. Was greeted by a very knowledgeable young man. Brendon. Who took my information and keys. My cell phone alerted me to the car being ready. Jacob and Jessie repaired both tires and reported nails in each. Such pleasant staff at this Walmart. I recommend you go here for your auto needs.”
“Went to 5 different shops for an alignment and none of them would do it besides this shop, they’d either say my tires are too big or my truck is too wide. Came here for an alignment and it took them less than an hour to do it. Will be coming back here for all my alignments. Highly recommend this shop for alignments on bigger trucks!”

“Chad and Taylor dispatched the next day when I got home from a 12 hour nightshift and fixed my car while I was asleep and allowed a no contact service so I could sleep! I just used a virtual payment method (cashapp) to pay for my service fee and labor. Taylor knows I’m a single mom with 3 jobs so she graciously also cleaned my car out for me without me even having to ask! If you want fast, affordable, reliable, and QUALITY work that will COME TO YOU this is the service for you! I’ve used them on 2 separate occasions for 2 different mechanical problems and have had a great experience both times. Always remember that negative reviews aren’t always truthful as much as opinionated! I’ve had pretty intricate mechanical problems and both times I was fixed same day with no issues! The first time I needed my battery changed out, windshield wiper motor needed to be replaced; and then this time my blower motor (heat & air conditioning) had went out which required pulling the dash, the gas and brake pedal, and was hard to get to and Chad did it like it was nothing! I will continue using this service as long as it’s available. In my experience he’s cheaper than a normal auto mechanic shop and there’s no waiting days to get your car fixed and you do not need someone to help you drop the car off/pick it up because Chad comes to you! If I could give this small business 10 stars I would!”
