The older lady working today kept her distance and only checked on me one time. Usually when I'm leaving they try to push a sale on me and they didn't today. “I’ve gone to this location a couple of times for shoes for my girls, both for school and soccer. Both times I’ve visited I’ve been helped by I think the manager, this time he had a brace on his arm. He has great customer service and is attentive and helpful. It’s always a relief to not have to hunt someone down when you need help”

“Got to say ...WOW.... Just left the Manchester shoe show. They have new manager. I think she used to work there previously some time ago. Redhead oh my God she totally gets customer service. She helped me. She waited on me and this is a self-serve facility. She made me laugh. Made me feel welcome and made me to definitely want to go back! Way to go!”
Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
