“Went in to have jewelry inspected and cleaned per warranty contract. Had problems finding a ring in the system that needed service. (Dry) Andrea i believe was the young ladies name was awesome. She found the ring for the warranty and also sent my wife's ring out for service noticing it was not fixed right the last time per the instruction orders. Thanks for paying attention to details and taking time out to notice things not done right the first time with my wife's ring. And also suggesting what to do with my own ring.
