“This is by far the cleanest and nicest laundry mat in Blount County. It’s probably the cleanest one I’ve ever personally been in. The machines are normally always working. I love the convenience of the app to pay better than having to deal with change but they do have a change machine if needed. The man and woman that keep the place clean are very attentive and friendly. They work very hard to keep the place safe and clean and you can tell! The bathroom has also always been clean when I’ve been there. I won’t use another laundromat in town.”

“Such a great experience getting set up with Xavier’s help on the phone! I called after I got home from work at almost 7pm, and was pleasantly surprised that someone was available. I didn’t know they are always open to 7pm, which is so great for those of us without flexible schedules. The process was easy and he was so friendly and helpful. The contract came through right away along with all the instructions to access the unit. When k arrived, the unit was clean and ready for our belongings.
One thing to know … when I arrived I thought I’d pop into the office to say hello and thank them, but the office that appears to be on site is an unaffiliated pool company, with an understanding owner, so maybe don’t bother that guy like I did!”

“The units seemed well taken care of. I saw a lot mouse poison out and the black plastic boxes that are traps or have poison in them. The prices seem very reasonable.”
“We try to accommodate everyone. We go above and beyond when people have hard times. We waive late fees and we call you before a late fee is added. We offer specials and we are locally owned We have had problems with people moving in insects but we are sprayed every month by Orkin. When the roaches happened our guy came and inspected and told us there was no way they were previously there in our unit as they were moved in. We opened a new box of pampered chef in the unit and found babies. He spayed and if we had the previous problem we would still have them and we don’t. As far the trucks we try and accommodate and put you in a more accessible unit. Thanks for using aaa self storage”
“They've got nice clean storage buildings, surrounding area is kept clean as well, at more than fair prices, there fenced in code locked gating so you don't have to worry about you building being broken into, with 24hr around the clock security. Clean, nice, polite, professional people. Thank you in all our storage building needs.”

“Very pleased with Mini Storage Depot off of Hwy 411. The staff have always been very friendly and very helpful answering any questions I had. They also keep this facility very clean. I had an indoor unit and they kept everything very secure with a code to get past the main gate and into the inside storage area. I would definitely use them again should the need ever arise.”
